– Soy Sauce
– Hoisin Sauce
– Brown Sugar
– Garlic Powder
– Onion
– Ginger Powder
– Cup of Water
All blended in the vitamix and into a zip lock bag where the beef slices are soaked overnight or two…
Smoked at 185F for about 2.5 hours.
