slices ofthis year beef round and I had it cutthinly slice so what I want you to donow is get you a sharp knife my knifeain’t sharp will see nothing in ain’tsharp yards where the guard is notstrong next time you see me on here I’mgonna have me a sharp knife you bestbelieve that but you try to cut it up inthe shape that you want in the stripsthat you want it so I wanna – a nicelong thick slices so this is what I’vegotso right now I’m just gonna add on someblack pepper the only season that I’mputting on this here raw meat is blackpepper you’ll see as the prom videocontinued to go on so we just want themix in that black pepper in our meatonce that is done I want you go aheadand get your skillet have it on highheat and then go ahead and put in asliced onion and a sliced bell pepperand cook those until it’s translucentand once your peppers and onions arecooked go ahead and removing to the sidenow I want you to go ahead and take onetablespoon of butter and then I want youto add your beef – this here skilletwe’re gonna cook this beef and you’renot you don’t have to worry aboutcooking this foolish all right so we’regonna go ahead and do some more cookingin the process but I want you to Brownthis up alright make sure that your meatis brownednow once your head once your meat isbrowned the next thing that we’re goingto do we’re gonna go ahead and add someflour to thisy’all hear when I said that right don’tjudge me just do as I say and not humthis joke yeah we’re gonna go ahead andadd some flour to this this is about onetablespoon at the most all right so thereason why we’re gonna add this becausewe’re gonna thicken up our gravy allright so we’re just gonna add in ourflour and like I said this is about 1tablespoon trying to quote incorporatedwithin that meat all right so oncethat’s done we’re gonna go ahead andwe’re gonna do our next step and we’regonna get us some beef broth all rightso here I want you to add your beefbroth a little at a time you’ll be thejudge of how big you want your gravy orhow thin you want your gravythe reason why I say add a little bit ata time because it’ll be thicker as yougo the more you add the thinner it willget all right so you be the judge of howmuch broth you would like to add in yourbeef and I’m telling you right now yougot to try this recipe because it isdown-home delicious I’m telling you it’sdown-home delicious ok back to this earrecipe now once we’ve got that done Iwant you to get your pack of brown gravymix you know what I’m saying usewhatever kind you like store-brand themeven work as well all right so just addyour saying pepper steak allright so we’re gonna add us some onionpowder and if you won’t judge onmeasurements y’all know me by now Idon’t do measurement all right but youjug you’ll be the judge of how much youwant to put in here now we’re gonna putin some garlic powder then we’re gonnaput in some parsley flakes and we’regonna add in some more black pepper ify’all know beef gravy onions the morepepper you have the better it is that’sjust my opinion y’all I just love thestuff angle lying like I love it yesindeed so go ahead and mix everythingtogether make sure you get all thoseseasonings in there gravy and I bet youyou can smell it right now what a gourdthey need smellivision on youtubesomebody need to create somesmellivision on youtube we needsmell-a-vision on youtube all right soafter you got everything like mixed upand all these other kind of stuffthis is what I want you to do I want youto take a spoon taste your gravy you’llbe the judge and find out if you needsalt into this all right you can put asmuch salt as you want you can put thisless song this is the reason why Ididn’t put salt inside this your gravyso this is what we’ve got young we gotsome country style southern style thetype of steak you can have this withright on white rice any kind of rice ofyour choice you can even have them withmashed potatoes or you could even putthis on your baked potato all
