hey Jimmy from cuff and stuff BBQ wellwe’ve got another good one we’re comingfrom the kitchen again today it’s coldand nasty outside so I thought we wouldtry to get this one done today we’redoing beef ribs we’re gonna do them inthe airfryer and man they turn outdelicious so before we get started do mea favor if you haven’t already subscribehit that subscribe button ring that bellso you don’t miss anything and if youlike it like the video so we’re gonnabring you back hang tight okayso what we’ve got is this is what yousee in a grocery store these are shortribs beef ribs or this is normally whatyou find this is not those big dinosaurbones this is what you’ll find in thegrocery store and for what we’re goingto use these work fineand you could be using baby back ribsyou could use spareribsyou can use pretty much whatever youwant to to do this with today we’reusing beef we wanted to try that andjust see how that turned outwe pretty much they’re trimmed up prettywell I’m not going to take a whole lotoff I’m gonna leave the membrane on thatseems to help hold them together whenthey cook so what I’m gonna do to getthese ready to go in the airfryer is I’mgonna start on the back side and I’mgonna find a bone and there’s a knuckledown on this andthis is what you have to get around isthat knuckle and I’m just gonna slicethem off one of the time and make themnice and pretty and when I get them cutup I’ll bring you back okayas you see we’ve cut these up intoindividual ribs okay they’re just gonnado better in the airfryer cut up and youcan’t get you couldn’t get a whole ribin the airfryer a whole rack in theairfryer anyway so here’s what we’regonna do next real simple real good I’mgonna take little lean parents ineverybody says they use this just for abinder but I swear I think there’s someflavor doing it like this I’m gonna putjust a little bit on the other sideagain this membrane is still on here soI don’t think a whole lot is gonna gothrough here I’ve got some slitswhatever so what’s next well of courseI’m gonna use two of my favorite rubsand they both happen to come from thesame gentleman and that is uncle SteveI’m gonna use some uncle Steve shake I’mgonna use two different kinds today onthese beef ribs I have not yet combinedthese together but I’m gonna try ittoday and we’re gonna see okay whatwe’re gonna use today is uncle Steve’sthis is thick meat all right so what I’mgonna do is I’m gonna put just a nicegenerous little coating right here rightover the top of these ribs and you knowif you ever run my play list and play ityou’re gonna hear me say it all the timebut I mean it smells good I love thisshake the other I’m gonna use is spicy Rthis is the spicier uncle Steve’s it’sgot a little heat in it I’m gonna put alittle bit of this in itI like a color plus it kicks it up justa little bit for me it’s not anoverpowering Heat now I know some peoplethat don’t really eat spicy this may bea little too much and if that’s the casedrop back and use uncle Steve’s originalI’ve used a lot of original my familyloves it anyway we’re just going to Patthis in notice I just did the top side Icould flip it over here and put this onthis side but with this membrane it’snot going to go through but but I stillfeel like that I need to get kind ofaround the edges so don’t forget thatmake sure you get these coveredcompletely that’s going to get into meatagain this is the spicier now tell youwhat you’re looking at this you tell meis that not free I mean my goodnessthose are some pretty looking beef ribsthat rub it’s something all right nowhere’s what I’m gonna do I’m gonna let Bsit for maybe as long as half an hourand just let this marinate into the meatthis it’s going to draw some of themoisture up it’s going to mix into themeat and so when it does I’ll bring youback show you what it looks like andwe’ll get started with your cooking okaywe’ve let these sit about I don’t know25 30 minutes that’s going to be prettyclose and as you can see it it lookslike the moisture has come back upthrough it and we’re going to be goodenough we’re gonna start these now asyou see let’s go around and this is alittle tricksister-in-law folks with this airfryerI’ve got a little aluminum foilall down and the bottom here and I wanta little space between them that’s asmaller way in there we go alright andso we’ve got the first round in whatwe’re gonna do is we’re gonna put thisin the air fryer we’ve got it set andI’m gonna put it on 15 minutes and I’mgonna get it startedexcuse the shape we’re gonna get youstarted and I’m gonna let it cook forabout seven minutes and then I’m gonnapull it off and check it and probablyturn it about that point so let’sstarted okay we’ve been just a littleover seven minutes and we’re about 160or these are really they’re probinggetting tender these are about donealreadyalright so tell you what here’s whatwe’re gonna do over a couple of minutesthisand so let’s put them back in put itback in the airfryer let’s do a coupleof minutes and bring you back show youwhat we’re gonna do next hope you cansee it good I am I am really surprisedthis is the first time I’ve done ribs inthis airfryer but the fat has rendereddown is pulled back off the bone so tellyou what I’m gonna do I’m going to takea little bit not a lot but a little bitof our favorite barbecue sauce dingsomething like a bright idea to italright and I’m gonna take and I’m justgonna wipe a little glaze on top ofthese ribs just for flavor a little toget these on here and that’s meat sideback I’m gonna do a couple of minuteswith that glazeokay folks this is some pretty lookingstuff wait to try to see smellsdelicious okay well here we go we’regonna try these this is gonna be ourfirst attempt at beef ribs in theairfryer they look good they smell goodthe temp dialonly thing left to do is just dive inand take a bite see what we’ve got folkslet me take don’t turn your nose up atan air fryer this thing did a good jobnow of course this doesn’t have all thesmoke they put them on the smoker orwhat not would have but this is stillfour days that you just want to dosomething quick that you can put them inhere in the airfryer and
