Beef Bbq Steak is one of the healthiest and easy way of cooking to grill the meat season with salt and pepper only, but you can add of your favourite seasoning at all times like what I did.
And the best way to cook the beef bbq steak is
Cook a 2cm-thick piece of steak for 2-3 minutes each side for rare, 4 minutes each side for medium, and 5-6 minutes each side for well-done. Turn the steak only once, otherwise it will dry out. Always use tongs to handle steak as they won’t pierce the meat, allowing the juices to escape.

Recipes:
Round Beef – 1/2 kilo
Potatoes – 10 pieces
Frozen green peas – 1 cup
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 spoon
Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Mang Tomas sarsa – 1 spoon
Minced garlic – 1 spoon
Plain flour – 2 teaspoons
Oil – 1 spoon
Beef cubes – 1/2 cut
Water – 1 1/2 cups

Procedures:
– Peel the potatoes and boil in 20 minutes on more than low heat. And cut into two pieces after cooking.
– Slice round beef into 4 pieces and marinate with minced garlic, salt, black pepper and cumin powder.
– Prepare a small bowl with oil, soy sauce, lemon and mix well to smear the beef bbq later on.
– Let us start to cook the beef bbq in 10 minutes on medium fire.
– Prepare a small casserole to put water, soy sauce, beef cubes, brown sugar, black pepper, mang tomas and boil in 1 minute on low heat, then add the dissolve plain flour with salt to boil another 1 minute only.
– Serve as possible after the beef steak is cook
– Enjoy your complete beef barbeque steak.
