CHICKEN SKEWER ON THE GRILL OF BEEF SHISH KABOB, this is my best way to cook kebabs at home. While the tastes of each person differ, there’s no perfect kebab recipe. Though, there is always the easy to cook, home cooking kebab recipe that everyone can try. If you are still struggling whether to cook beef kebab or chicken and how to cook you kabob at home, in this video you will find the first-to-know tips about cooking your kebab outside on the grill. Step by step beef & chicken kebab cooking recipe:
1. Beef kebab: add spices and salt. To make it juicy, you can add some onion or some fat (20%)). The fat also ensures that the meat will not fall from your skewers. But I have decided not to use too much fat and just left the meat for rest for about 4 hours. That way your kabab doesn’t fall from skewers even without fat.
2. Chicken kabob: cut chicken into small pieces. Adding some onions always make your chicken super tender and flavorful. Moreover, I have added spices & salt and some mayonnaise. (left marinated for about 4 hours).
