hi you guys it’s pepsi coming back toyou with anotherfreaking video and today today today asyou can seewhat is in front of you i am showingy’all how i make a quickand easy meal this literally take anhour and a halfand then your food will be done okay soright in front of you you have um beefcountry ribs i don’t know if y’all knowanything about thisbut it’s just boneless beef ribsbut in a way it’s just roast just cut upthat’s what i think it is because that’swhat it tastes like it tastes like roastto mebut it have a different taste to it butit basically is roastjust cut up the sides by some pick thesidesand the size is corn andmashed potatoes i don’t feel like makinghomemade mashed potatoes soi got the best thing to but um let’sstart off with the seasoning now ialready washed my meatand i already put the oil on the meaty’all know that i like putting oilon my meat okay so what we have isblack pepperonion powder garlic saltmy favorite seasoningand seasoning salt okay and theni don’t know if y’all know anythingabout thisthe best seasoning montreal steakseasoning okaythis supposed to go on a grill but i useit in my food that i cook on the oveni especially use this for my steaksthere y’all go that is what i put on mysteaks this is what i put on my steaksyou guysso but um yeahso you don’t need a lot of umeach ingredient so you season y’all foodhowever y’all like itso i’m just going to season this and ifor this right here i do not add a lotof thisum montreal seasoning on it i don’t knowif i’m saying that name rightbut that’s how i say it so um yeahi’m going to add the onion powderi usually do not cook with onion powderonly on my roast and that’s about itand that’s the reason why i’m putting iton my beef ribs becauseit’s roast to me then i’m going to addmy seasoning saltlike sothen here comes the garlic powderthe garlic salt i should say yeah i knowi love my garlicso i’m gonna put as much as i want on myfoodbecause it’s mass hey y’all let me telly’all somethingin one of my videos one lady told me notto touch my meatlike how you gonna come up on my videoand tell me not to touch my meati just thought that was just so funnybut uh yeahso i’m putting the pepper on thereand as you can see this meat wellseasoned okayso um now all i’m gonna do is take myhandsand mix my meat around with my handsokay because it’s my foodso that’s what i’m gonna do if y’all seeall that liquid at the bottom that’s theoili pull oil on my meat mix it aroundmix it around and if you want to addmore seasoningyou can go ahead as y’all know i do notmeasure my seasoningand i just pour it on there and if itlooks like enough for meit’s enough so nowsince it’s enough for me umi’m about to put this in the ovenwith no cover for about an hour and thereason whyi’m going to put this in the oven withno cover is becausefor some reason when i cook with thismeat when i cover it upit becomes dry but when i put it in theoven with no cover on itit’s very juicy and tender and then atthe last 30 minutes i do cover it up umjust to um let all the moisture stayin the meat if that makes senseso i’m gonna put this in the oven forone hour no cover and then i’m going tocome right back to youokay y’all so when y’all take the meatout the oven this is what it’s going tolook likeit has been an hour and about fiveminutes so right now i’m about all i’mabout to do is put the aluminum foilover the top of it and then put it inthe oven for 30 more minutes and i’mtelling you once you do that your meatthe meat is already soft but once you dothat it’s going to make it moresofter okay so i’m going to come backafter the 30 minutes is up and then showy’all what it’s looking likeand uh before i cover it back up i’mjust going to move some of these piecesaround wellall the pieces around you know just toget the juiceson top of all the pieces then i’m goingto put the aluminum foil on top of itand then put itin the oven for 30 more minutesokay see you then okay so right now umwhile the meat is in the oven for 30more minutes all i’m going to dois cook my size which is corn as you allknowand then um my bag potatoesokay so when i make corn i pull thejuiceup out of my corn because i just don’tlikewet corn um i never didi just don’t like it okay so i’m goingto dois um put the cornup in a pot and then i’m going to addsome butteri love butter i love butteri love butter so i’m probably gonna addum this much don’t worry about thatthat’s from the meatand um so this is how much but i’m goingto add into the skilletwhich is a lot i knowbut um this is how i eat my cornand then i’m going to cook it down andas y’all know when corncooked down it’s going to produce itsown juicesor i don’t know if the juice just soakedup the juices and then once it’sheated up no heat is causing it to umrelease the juices from the inside ofthe corn so when i come back and showyou the corni did not add water to it i did not addanything into itit’s just the juice from the cornokay as you can see the juice is in thecorn but anyways let’s go on to the nextwhich is the mashed potatoes now whatyou need for the mashed potatoes is twocups of watertwo cups of water okay nowyou want to put your stove on high okaynow let me tell y’all something wheny’all making bag potatoes you do notwant to putmore water in it i don’t care if it’sjust a teaspoona tablespoon do not add no more thantwo cups as the bag recommends okaybecause if you dothe um the mashed potatoes is going tobewatery now if you want it to be thickerthenum um then with the two cupsdo not add the whole two cups in it okayprobably add oneand three four cups of water okay so umyeah so what’s the ones once this waterstarts boilingi’m going to come back and pour thepackage into the water and then it willbe doneand then you know what i gotta add somemore butterto the mix okay i’ll be backokay so the water is boiling and all i’mgoing to do istake it up off the stovebecause you do not want to pour this umpotatoes the bag of potatoes into thepot with boiling water because then itwill start popping okaywhat you see at the bottom of that isbutter all you want to do is just pullyour potatoes inand it will turn intomashed potatoes okayso i’m finished mixing it around and asyou can seethe potatoes is thick and that isbecause i did not use the whole two cupsof wateri use 1 cup 3 41 and 3 4 cups of water you can also usemilk if you want toum but i didn’t because i want to um[Music]feed my daughter some of these mashedpotatoes but anyways as y’all know i didadd the butter to itand um yeah so the nextum clip y’all going to see isthe plate of finished foodokay y’all i just took the meat up outof the oven and as you can tell i don’tknowif y’all remember what i said beforethat the moistness it just makes it idon’t know just more moist and as youall can see it just looks more moistnow um when you flip it overthis is what it looks like and as youall know that was the cook setbut yeah it looks delicious ohokay it is softtender as y’all want to call it y’allsee all that seasoningbut uh yeah so i’m going to show y’allwhat the plate looklike right about nowi hope you all enjoyed this video don’tforget to like
