Easy Recipe | Smoked Beef Ribs | Slow ‘N Sear Kettle Grill

In today’s video we did some amazing beef ribs. These are really easy to do with just Salt & pepper is all you need. I smoked these at 275-300 then once i wrapped them i open the vents to get the kettle hotter 325 and finished the ribs until probe tender. Internal temp was reading 204
when i took them off. Make sure you trimmed the top fat of the ribs and remove as much silver skin you can before you seasoned the meat.
