hello there welcome back to Grand Maraisdon’t play and I’m Rachel so the lasttime I showed you how to make brisketand I believe I put gravy on it wellthis time I want to show you how to makesome brisket and we’re gonna cook it insome apple cider vinegar and when itcomes out we’re gonna put some barbecuesauce on that and honey mmm yes anothertwist just for you okay alright so checkout the links below subscribe if this isyour first time on my channel give it athumbs up if you liked it and hangaround I really appreciate it okay okaygive it a thumbs up let’s do it okayguys so let’s put some seasonings on itlooking ahead put some granulated oniongolly granulatedsome Cajun seasoningoccasion there’s a little spicy guys alittle spicyyeah that’s put some pepper on it let’ssee if we can find thatokay they don’t see my black pepperwhich I’m sure it’s hereokay I got the big one black pepperokay let’s just flip that over and dothe other side and fanciesas the Cajun peppergarliconion powderand some salt push yourselfokay so here’s our insert we’re gonna bekeeping that in the power pressurecooker XL because brisketthis is brisket by the way if I didn’tsay so brisket is a beef that really hasto cook a long time because it’s toughbut once it cooks it’s deliciousokay I’m gonna put some oil on thebottom of the the pan to coat the bottomof the pan okay now we’re going to putthis pan on the pressure cooker I’llturn your attention to that we’re goingto put the brisket in there and let itbrown on both sides and then we’re goingto add the apple cider vinegar and alittle waterand a little oil and lock it down andlet that cook for about one hour okayokay so let me turn you to the powerpressure cooker XL okayI’m gonna hit the saute button here inthe middle and now we’re gonna put ourbrisket in we’ll let that start browningon both sides okay I’ll bring you backin about ten minutes when I’ll show youthe both sides that’s brown thank youokay guys let’s seeso we have brown it is alright so we’regonna put I’m going to put three ouncesof water in there and we’re gonna cutthat for an hoursee in an hour okay guys our beefbrisket is out of the oven and let yousee that okay so now we’re going to cutit into some slicesand if you have a bigger piece than I dothe time to cook it in the pressurecooker dish the same if you don’t cookit in the pressure cooker and you cookit in the oven I would add another hourso that would be two hours okay okayso now I have some baby ray barbecuesauce in this bowl already I promisedyou some vinegar because you know then Igood goes good with barbecue sauce rightwell let me put this over here so youcan see is that bad it’s that bad girlput a little at a time until you can seehow thick you want it honeyketchuphow much you put in is up to you okaymusterI remember we put some Cajun seasoningon I believe let’s add some more bringthat flavor back and some saltall right I’m gonna mix that up okay Iwanna taste thisoh I like it got a kick to it toookay so now I’m just gonna take outbrisket dip it in the barbecue sauce soI can get it back on all four sides andbring it out and put it downsure it gets a bath on all four sidesand put it on the panokay now we’re going to take the excessbarbecue sauce that’s left over in thebowl and just put it right on the topthere we go okay I’m going to put thisin the oven on 400 just for about maybewell once your oven gets hot you want toput it in and you want to wait for aboutmaybe I’d say 10 minutes that’s enoughfor the barbecue sauce to start stickingto it and then you’re good you can takeit out and so I’ll do that and I’ll showyou the broth that’s leftover from whenwe cook the brisket in the pressurecooker I’m gonna save that because nowthat’s my beef broth for free so you canuse that to make some beans or some soupawesome stew whatever you want to use itwith you now have some broth for freeokay see you intense things okay guyslook at thatuh-huh alrighty so let’s taste it let’staste guys[Applause]okay okay I got a wine
