We all know that Texas claim to have the best, most flavorful and juicy Brisket on the entire nation and it’s been my passion to learn as much as possible from their methods and how they smoke their brisket and finally, after much research and stress I decided to give it a try and make it myself. okay guys this beautiful brisket we havehere this is my first time making abrisket guys and so excited I’m soscared at the same time this is crazyI mean going to you to man I’m gonnafind out good recommendations there howto make a nice beautiful house tendingTexan brisket I might change it a littlebit I don’t know if I like everything Ihave a little experience with a lot ofthe things but never with brisket so I’mgonna try to change it up a little bitI’m personalized in a little bit solet’s look for a good video I’m notgonna tell you guys because I don’t knowwant to be penalized by YouTube but I’mgonna look for a good video here thatwill walk us through I mean it’s gonnabe an expert that I’m gonna look forsomebody that is an expert doing thesethings so let’s look for somebody andit’s pyrowell guys have found this Billy on thefirst thing that they recommend us to dois to trim it up a lot[Music]okay so they say that what we have to dois we have to have about forty percentsalt is where a bit of salt in here andthen sixty percent is gonna be pepperand again pepper is gonna be a lot ofpepper and I have a lot of pepper herefor they said to put a little bit ofgarlic powder not too much AM pepperjust a little bit not too much there wegonow we mix this up[Music]so this is more or less than mix let’sadd this into our beautiful brisketalright so we made our mix here I willrub and we want to put this prop righton top of these a nice a bind there I’mnot gonna use what they recommend I’mgonna use our master because we alreadytested that and we know that I work solet me get the monster put on top ofthis and then we put our rub by the waythe one that they recommend is just oilI’m gonna use monster because we try itanyway so let’s put our monster on itand let’s put a rub on it give it a nicecoat of rub all the way across oh[Music]brotherthen this one is going to be good youknow if he they say that it is too muchand show you more around them don’t getit and put too much just gonna make surethat everything have a nice cold or rubeverywhere instinct is asking if that’snot too much pepper and I don’t know Inever done it that’s what they say so wego by the experts my name is gogood morning here we are with abeautiful Zee grill we’re gonna use thepellet grill today guys because I wantthat brisket to come I ask perfectpuzzle and we’re gonna start lightingthis thing up it’s 6:00 in the morningright now we should be ready to gowithin 1012 hours so let’s go[Music]I don’t know if this is going formationand now but Bank is something happeninghere and the fuse just blew up so thisis the fuse it goes into that box and Ihave a new fuse in here that we’re gonnaadd into it so all you have to do ispush this guy up take them out put thenew one in alright and just put it backin the box so if you guys have one ofthese guysnow you know how to change a fuse nowlet’s see there you go baby good back inbusiness it is 2:00 p.m. and our briskethit a hundred sixty degrees when thebrisket hit the hunger insisted agreesis recommended we’ll take it out fromthe grill and wrap it up in aluminumfoil the reason why this is done isbecause after a hundred sixty degreesthe brisket is not gonna take any moresmoke flavor and what we really want todo is to create those juices inside andtenderize the meat as much as possibleso I was easy enough I mean all we haveto do now is wait a little bit until Ihit about 200 degrees and it should beready to go as you can see it’s alreadyjiggling the spices are starting therethey’re not falling off that’s one ofthe things they say you should look atand it’s looking amazing this everythingthat the rabe is really well into thecolor the rabe is perfect and lovingthis thing guys let’s continue smell isamazing and this is looking really goodnow we’re just gonna poke it oh manit’s going all the way down this is whatthey say should be like bar but in thisbaby’s ready it’s time to take it output it on the cool take him up all rightwe put that baby up in the cooler nowit’s time to wait guys I think it’sgonna take about two hours I’m gonnagive you about two hours and let’s cutthis baby up and see what happened I’mso anxious I’m a little stressed youknow I don’t know exactly what I’m gonnaget out of this one but I think islooking good I mean we follow all thesteps that everybody recommends and Ithink we’re on the safe side it’s timeto open this baby up and see whathappened the Oh Godlook at these beautiful oh that’s likebutter oh brother what do you thinkbrother they look delicious isn’t itlet’s cut this baby up[Music]look at those uses[Music]the flavor the flavor and forth in thereagain the whole thing I’ve been waitingfor this moment since like a a.m. todayI mean is fasting right now sort of myfirst meal Hey I love
