Korean Beef Bulgogi Recipe | How to make Korean Beef BBQ | Easy Korean Food Recipe
Today, I am cooking another popular Korean dish Beef Bulgogi. I had this in a small Korean café in London and it was so nice. The marinated beef is so nice with a sweet, onion and garlicky taste.
Marinade
500g of thinly sliced ribeye beef
5-6 garlic cloves minced
2 spring onions sliced – safe some for garnish
1 large onion sliced
½ carrot sliced
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs rice wine
1 tbs rice syrup
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs sesame seed – safe some for garnish
½ tsp salt
Garnish
Roasted sesame seeds
Spring onions finely chopped
