Making Beef Jerky on the Traeger.

Beef was sliced to about 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness.

Ingredients for the marinade:
– Soy Sauce
– Hoisin Sauce
– Brown Sugar
– Garlic Powder
– Onion
– Ginger Powder
– Cup of Water

All blended in the vitamix and into a zip lock bag where the beef slices are soaked overnight or two…

Smoked at 185F for about 2.5 hours.
