The finalists have just three hours to deliver three of the best courses they have ever produced. They will need to create plates of food that show progress, passion and a flawless palate. All three have proven themselves skilful and driven with flair in their craft, so it will take something extraordinary to stand out from the pack. This is quite simply the biggest moment of their culinary careers. One wrong move, and the trophy might just slip through their fingers.
It’s then judgement time, as Gregg, Marcus and Monica consider which chef has shone the brightest. One is about to go through a life-changing moment and be crowned MasterChef: The Professionals champion 2024.

MasterChef UK: The Professionals Show Summary
MasterChef: The Professionals is a BBC television competitive cooking show aired on BBC Two. It is a spin-off from the main MasterChef series, for professional working chefs. Introduced in 2008, Gregg Wallace and India Fisher reprised their roles as co-judge and voiceover respectively. Michel Roux Jr., a two-Michelin-star chef, assisted, from 2009, by his sous-chef Monica Galetti. Since 2011, Sean Pertwee has taken over Fisher’s role as voiceover.
In 2014, Roux Jr left the show due to “a conflict in commercial interests”. Marcus Wareing replaced him.
