hey guys welcome back to my channel sotoday I have another just quick recipething that I’m not gonna like to do andI don’t feel like doing any big standingover the stove on a Sunday just as longyou know something that I could throw itoven so today I’ll be doing somebarbecue ribs in the oven so this isbasically how I do mine I kind of seasonif you watched my previous videos mykind of season my stuff put the sameseasoning I might dab a little jerkseasoning on it just to give it a littlekick not too much because of the kidssome all-purpose seasoning there’s alsosome meat seasoning just a little bit ofeach little season in here and always mycomplete seasoning I like one thing Ilike about this it doesn’t have salt init so I try to just use that a lot as Isaid I don’t put like salt on my seasonbecause most of these seasons they allcarry they own their own salt so that’sjust it I will also probably be put onit because I don’t have the grillcapability to give it that brown flavorit’s raining outside it’s no grillingtoday so this is how I do it the samelike onion garlic thyme everything allgrinded up just to season it to makethat thing soak in a little bit so as Ican as I said it this is gonna be somebarbecue beef ribs beef ribs that I’llbe doing in the oven for you guys okayguys so we’re all finished eating thenthe ribs they’re good to goyou see all this herbs and flavor inthere so I cover this up and I’m notpreparing this until tomorrow so I liketo have everything soaking fromovernight I’m like a serious prep cookerjust to make sure everything is seasonedand marinated very well so evertime I’m preparing my meats or anythingor even fish I seasoned everything fromovernight I’m not a same day throw inthe pot person cuz I don’t think theflavor is on the food so I’m constantlyalways prepping my meals from the daybefore so they say all nice and seasonedI cover this up put in refrigerator andthen tomorrow I’ll finish it upok ok I’m back again after my ribs beefribs have been marinating all night soit’s nice season is so bad you couldjust look at it nice nice seasoning solooks so good it smells even better sothat’s ready to go so today we’re justbasically as I said this is open beefribs not going on the grill todayfor my barbecue sauce I’m basicallyusing only if everybody else use itsweet baby Ray’s that’s my go-to saucefor barbecue not sure what everybodyelse use it but just use your barbecueif your buddy cue sauce of your choiceso I’m not going to fully put a barbecuesauce on it yet only thing I’m gonna dois like put a little barbecue sauce in abowl and I’m just stirring up turn it upnot making it thick or anything so justa little water just to give give somewater in the pan so that distinct esteemdoing cook thoroughly so I just mixedthat up and I say this is not a barbecuesauce I’ll be putting my barbecue sauceat the end when the ribs have been fullycooked so this is just some water justto give it some some water so it esteemso I pour it on there so just a littlebit in the pan just to help everythingsteam through and cook so after thatthis is what it looks like just a littlesauce you don’t have to totally fullycover the ribsthen you could just move it around justto make sure every rib so I kind ofstack it on top of one another like thisto make sure everything gets to seeticket so I just stack it like thatlittle piece there it goes nice is thateverything will keep this nice so Ialready pre eating my husband I normallyput on like 400 put it on like 400 I amgoing to cover it back up for the toiletpaper you see oh yesokay and in the oven it goes nowanything so you could just let cook Iprobably put in for another 30 minutesand then I will take it okay okay guysribs are done nice just perfect I don’twant the bones I don’t want the meatfalling out the bones all the way so todo my barbecue sauce of course I havelittle brown sugar sweet baby Ray’sbarbecue sauce and have a littleall-purpose seasoning you can tell Ilike my stuff seasoning so because Ipour water in there some of the season -fell offsay maybe you know not a salt ear orjust whatever so I just like to add alittle more seasoning so basically whatI do say so you babyrage sauce add alittle brown sugar[Music]sometime I may put a little hot sauce onit my kids are not going to eat it againjust to give it a little kickmake sure that she then did a lotall-purpose seasoning so this babyall-purpose complete seasoning just in abowl so I just mix that up looking goodso first this is hot you can let it coolbecause I’m gonna put it back in theoven so just go ahead and start puttingthis sauce on itjust be careful it’s hotyou just brushing it on it’s almost likeif you were doing on the grill don’tforget the little bones right here aswell you want that sauce everywhere init you do the front side and the backside okay that one’s good to go hey getthat sauceso make sure you get these other areasand also you want that sauce all in it[Music]I sit up brushing it on front and backyou just don’t wanna break you sauce onone sideit smells so good already as I said thisis like the easy meal for me I know ithas a few steps but if it’s in the ovenI could go about my business doingsomething else around the house I don’thave to be standing over the stove so tome any meal in the oven that you don’thave to really babysit too much you justset your timer and keep on going to knowwhat you’re doing is a good meal for meso that’s at first I had it in the ovenabout 400 degrees in kept in there forabout an hour and a half and then put itback in for another half an hour I’vegot I checked on it cover it in foilpapersee it looking so good look at thatlooking so goodokay all right now that I have the sauceon it stuck it back up the same way so Ineed to add more sauce you can see anyarea of any[Music]nice and juicyokay where most of the rivet is showingsomeone go ahead put my oven on broilhigh boil it and put it back in probablyfive to ten minutes okay that should beout shortly okay so you can see has anice look at that nice and juicy nice ifyou want if you’re a person who likesmore sauceI guess add to your taste or yourpreference okayit also see yeah it looks really goodokay you want to get ready to servicethese kids are going to be excited aboutdinner today all right here we gopretty much ready to serve it’s also agreat meal if you have common peoplelook at that really nicecook to perfection really nice there yougoI know I’m gonna go ahead and just cutup everything don’t you already feelslike summer is hot outside so it’s agreat mealI can easy to prepare my have a quick intime but it doesn’t take too much of youstanding up in the kitchen having to dothis
