[Music]hey y’all it’s day with the mom smokestoday it’s beef short ribs on the webersmokey mountain so stay tunedusing the kings for blue and I’m alsogoing to be using some[Music]and I will be using the water pan wewant this thing to get up to about 225to 250 I got these beef short ribs fromfair value and I’m gonna go wash themand Pat them dry and we’ll be back wellmy smokers going out there I’m gonna usesome garlic salt and a little bit ofpepper sprinkle a little bit of thisgarlic salt on top of it and a littlecoarse ground pepper[Music]all right you’re ready for the systemoverokay we’ll be back in an hourall right it’s been about an hour and ahalf now and these are these are stillpretty firm but they’re as you can seethey’re they’re starting to pull off thebone I’m gonna spritz these I have amixture of apple cider vinegar and Texasbeef which I like to use especially onmy brisket toothis will help keep them from drying outand I might do this about every couplehours and another thing I’m gonna do toois I’m going to move these around justto make sure that they get cooked evenlybecause you never know sometimes theremay be a hot spot on one side it maycook a little hotter on one side thanthe other so okay well we’re going toclose this and leave them on there forabout 2 more hours we don’t really wantto check it too often we want to live tobe down we want to be cooking now lookat these folks see how they pull it awayfrom the bone that that’s what we wantyeah I know Oscar you can smell thatwhere you gonna get some I’m gonna giveyou somebody hey don’t worry you’regonna get some yeah go speak good boygood boy I pulled these off just look atthe bark on that one we that’s some nicebark on there and it just pulls apartreally well so I’m pretty sure they’reall donegonna give us a try that is good saltpepper garlic[Music]with someone elsethat’s some good stuffing yeah well thatwas about a five-hour cook and I want tothank you all for stopping by andwatching if you like that recipe clickthe thumbs up button and hit thesubscribe button if you like my channeland I hope you give this a try you cando this on a weber kettle you can do iton with a slow and sear you don’t haveto have a weber smokey mountain butanyway i’m gonna eat some of those ribsbring some of this IPA and we see youlater[Music]
