Stove Top BBQ BEEF CUBES INGREDIENTS
1. Beef Cubes – 3 to 5 LBS
2. Green Pepper – 1 cup ( minced or diced )
3. Onions – 1 cup ( minced or diced )
4. Garlic – 2 TBLS (minced )
5. Creole Veggie Mix – 1 container ( yellow onions, celery, green &
red bell pepper , green onion, parsley & garlic )
6. Dried Thyme – 1 Teaspoon
7. Onion & Garlic Powders – 1 to 2 TBLS each
8. Black Pepper – 1 TBLS
9. Mrs Dash Grinder Blends – Steakhouse Seasoning – 1 to 2 TBLS
10. McCormick Meat Tenderizer – 1 to 2 TBLS
11. Bay Leaves – 2 small leaves or 1 Large Leaf
12. Worcestershire Sauce – 2 to 3 TBLS
13. Beef Broth – 1 to 2 cups . (enough to cover the beef cubes )
14. Great Value – Italian diced – basil, garlic & oregano tomatoes

15. McCormick GrillMates Tomato, Garlic & Basil Seasoning

16. McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning – 1 PKG
17. McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Sauce Mix-Ins – 1 PKG
18. CJ Korean BBQ KALBI Marinade – 1 to 2 Cups
19. Olive Oil – 1 to 2 TBLS
20. Gravy Master – 1 Teaspoon ( not shown in video )
Cooking Directions
Seasoning the Beef Cubes
1. Using a damp paper towel , clean the beef cubes.
2. Add the beef cubes to a bowl and add in the olive oil – 1 TBLS
3. Add the following seasonings to the beef cubes :
McCormick meat tenderizer – 1 to 2 TBLS
Onion & Garlic Powders – 1 to 2 teaspoons each
Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Mrs Dash Steakhouse Seasoning – 2 TBLS
Worcestershire Sauce – 1 to 2 TBLS
Rub seasonings into the beef cubes. Marinate from 1 hour to 24 hrs.
Cooking The Beef BBQ Cubes
1. Heat a skillet on medium high heat. Add the olive oil.
2. Add beef cubes in several batches . Brown on all sides.
3. Once beef cubes are browned. Put beef onto a platter & set aside.
4. Using the same pot ( do not discard the oil reserve from the beef cubes ). Add the minced / diced green pepper & onions. 1/2 cup each. Add the minced garlic – 2 TBLS . Sauce until soft.
5. Add the browned beef cubes to the soften vegetable mix.
6. Add additional worcestershire sauce , thyme & bay leaves.
7. Cover & cook for 30 minutes on medium heat. ( This step
will render the natural juices from the beef cubes. )
8. After 30 minutes , add the diced tomatoes , creole mix ,
McCormick Seasonings . ** Season with half a package ,
adjust seasoning according to your preference. **. Gravy
Master, beef broth – ( enough beef broth to cover the beef cubes).
9. Stir well. Cover & cook on medium low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
Stir every 15 to 20 minutes.
10. After cooking for 1 1/2 hours . Add the CJ Korean BBQ sauce .
11. Add 1/2 cup of minced/diced green pepper & onion. This step is
for added flavor & texture . Stir well.
12. Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until the beef cubes are tender on low
heat. Stir every 15 minutes.
13. Once done , serve over rice, pasta, potatoes.
** rice used in video – Brown rice w/ mixed vegetables **
