I went on this epic journey to Smokin Soul to learn about there Beef Brisket, Pat & Jim are pure legends when it comes to all of the art of smoking & grilling. Jim stayed up all night to make sure this brisket was smoked right, just like any brisket or overnight meat he smokes for festivals or himself.
This is just pure MAGIC & is so special & the feeling you get when you taste it, you know that a lot of love, passion & many hours of work & patience went into it
