Wagyu Beef Ribs On Weber Performer Charcoal Grill | Slow N Sear For Texas Beef Ribs | Smoked Ribs

Have you ever wondered how long it takes to smoke beef ribs? Well, I tell ya smoking wagyu beef ribs do not take as long as regular Texas beef ribs. Wagyu beef is naturally tender and contains much more marbling than our domestic beef. We pulled these wagyu beef ribs at 190°. Usually, beef ribs are cooked to 205° are somewhere around there. The Weber Performer worked great cooking these beef ribs when coupled with the Slow and Sear, or correctly called the Slow N Sear. Now you don’t have to use the Slow n Sear but it does help when using the Weber Kettle. This is a good BBQ beef ribs recipe and you can smoke great ribs at your home using our instructions and the rubs we used. We started off with some Ham Grenade from Warpigs BBQ and then topped it with some Gun Powder Rub from Outlaw Smokers. Thanks for watching my wagyu bbq beef ribs recipe.
