Hey hey hey. Today I’m showing you how I make Air Fryer BBQ Chicken. I have tiny little Apartment problems with no outdoor space for a grill, so I fake it with my Air Fryer.
Ingredients;
– Chicken thighs ( I use boneless skinless)
– BBQ sauce (I use kinders)
-Your go to seasonings (I use Garlic ppwder, Onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, cumim, salt and mexican oregano)

what’s up what’s up what’s up I’m Sinabambina and welcome back to math kitchenso as most of you know I live in thisold little tiny compact apartment it’slike this big so when I want barbecuechicken throw it in the airfryer myairfryer’s way over there you see thehandle barely see the handle yourparsley over there in the laundry roomthat’s actually just an extension of thekitchen whatever anyways so um you coulddo this on the grill I really don’t haveany instructions for the grill you cando it on a Foreman I do this on aforeman usually takes about 8 minutesand an air fryer it takes about 18minutes and I’m using boneless skinlesschicken thighs I’m also using tendersbarbecue sauce you can use whateverbarbecue sauce you want I really do outof your mouth that’s disgustingthank you sir do whatever you likefunky sauce that you like I always seethem my meat though before I put it inthe airfryer because why not why notseem it right I take some chili powderonion powder cumin Mexican oregano justin this bottle but you know it’s Mexicanoregano not reallyoregano regular garlic powder blackpepper and I do have salt I just have itit’s all gotten it yetso I’m just gonna chop these that I havea bunch of thighs here I’m not gonnacook them all today I’m going to cookhalf of them today and half of themtomorrow you can also make fried chickenin your air fryer just you know look upthe time some steps so once I get it onseason I’m gonna stick it in my airfryer for about 18 minutes halfwaythrough I’m gonna flip it and then I’mgonna coat it with barbecue sauce andthen you know let it finish cookingI got it warming up right now or atlike 380 it’s not a digital one I needto be one I need a bigger one I havethis little tiny air fryer from a littletiny apartment so my whole kitchen whileI’m talking to you guys so you know whatI’m just gonna go ahead and skipeverything else that I was saying and Iwill probably say it again later in thevideo anyways stop let me uh get tochopping up this chicken and then we’llsee you this ready okay so what I meanby chop up my chickenI don’t really chop up my chicken forthis I’m gonna actually keep it wholebut I don’t like chicken back I find itdisgusting and like look at that wholepiece like the backside it’s gross y’allit’s gross if you like chicken fat gokeep it on not hating I just hate it formy own taste buds I it doesn’t itdoesn’t feel nice in my mouth okay Idon’t like it it’s a colander who wantsthe next piece take off I do it withscissors a lot of people do this withknives I do it with scissors because Ifind scissors to be a little moreprecise what I’m doing this because Iwant to cut a bunch of the chicken offyou know like look at that that’s prettygood pretty good being out I’m reallypicky when it comes to me guys like I’mvery very picky you should see mecutting bacon on the weekendI am so particular when it comes tocutting bacon on the weekends it’sdisgustingso I’m gonna go ahead well now that youguys get the gist of what I meant cuz Ididn’t let you think I was like choppingup its a chicken before putting in theairfryer cuz I’m definitely not I’mgonna go ahead and cut this up or cutthe fat off I meanand divvy it up into two packages or twolittle groupsplease stop Joe please stop Joe thankyou hmm and here you go say hi say hiyou guys messed up haircut that’s whathappens because all the shops are closedso I want to go ahead like I was sayingand finished cutting this up and I willrejoin you guys after I cut it up and Iwash it and I separate today’s meat fromtomorrow’s meat and we’re gonna dry itoff and shootin it okay okay so I got mychicken all washed and separated intowash it I just take a couple tablespoonsof white vinegar and I pour it on top ofthe chicken and then I mix it all up andthen I just rinse it really really goodwith cold water so these are the fivepieces I’m gonna use today and to get areally good crisp on your chicken youneed to dry it so I’m gonna stick it onsome paper towelsthen I put more paper towels on top andgive it a nice good dry you don’t wantdamp chicken because damp chicken willcreate a steam not a sear and you don’tget that beautiful crust on top of itthat’s why you want to drive yourchicken plus this to the season eatingthought the sauces but the seasoningstick better to dry chicken than they doto wet chicken anyway so it has morethan one purpose to it so I’m gonna washmy hands cuz now I feel like they’re allchicken II which is the gross wash yourhands a lot when you’re working withchicken because there’s many illnessesyou could get nobody wants to go sit onthe toilet for hours because of your ownmiss handling you know what I mean[Music]by the way I have brown rice alreadygoing that’s gonna be ready for eatagain broccoli in my Ziploc microwavablebags you know three minutes and bam youhave steamed vegetables so I’m gonna goopen all my seasonings when you useMexican oregano do this one very lastbecause you want to pour it into yourhands and then warm it up and rub it andlike spread it across because it it justreleases the fragrance and the flavormore so open all your seasonings keep achicken hand and a seasoning hand justas you know it just helps okay so I’mgonna go ahead and start sprinkling onmy chili powder now you can use whateverpre seasonings you want to use it youdon’t want to season it just go aheadand salt and pepper it that’s fineremember do what works for you in yourhouse this is how we like it in my houseyou don’t have to like the way we do itin my house stuff okayI still have a clean chicken hand overhere clean chicken hand and salt youwant to put a whole lot of salt becausethere’s salt in the barbecue sauce butat the same time you don’t want to notsalt itokay so right now my hands are clean soI’m gonna go ahead and just pour alittle bit of the oregano in my handsand I’m gonna rub them together and thenI’m gonna just sprinkle them across okayall right now remember keep a chickenhand and a seasoning hand I’m using myleft hand as my seasoned hand my righthand is my chicken hand so I’m gonnapress the seasonings down into thechicken and flip the chickenand I do that because I don’t want tohave to wash my hands again right nowyou know and then go back and see youthing with the other side season bothsidesyou know you might also another reallygood seasoning to put on your chickenwhen you’re doing this is brown sugar itreally complements a lot of differentbarbecue sauces and even complements thebarbecue sauce I’m using but I just nowthought of it and I’m not gonna go grabit right now so that’s how that’s gonnago and pepper oh I want one can I haveone you want to feed me[Music]so now we’re gonna go oregano again sayalright waited till it was the lastthingall right now I’m gonna wash my handsagain no cross-contamination up in mykitchen yes Joe not in my kitchen up inhere I hear that my kids silly guys allright so my airfryer should be donepreheating which it is my rice is evendone so here’s my airfare container I’mgonna lift this up and I’m gonna kind ofshow or I’m gonna try to show you guyshow I kind of roll these because I havea very small airfare if you have abigger air fryerway to go awesome for you kind ofjealous so let’s see this one’s backhere so I kind of not really roll it butI like tuck the loose ends so that it’slike a little little thingbut I always put it face-side down firstthat way when you flip them you have itright-side up and that’s the side you’regonna do your barbecue sauce on now ifyou have a smaller than I have airfryeryou might need to do this in batches Icould fit about five pieces comfortablyin my airfryer but these are prettysmall thighsokay so now those are comfortably allinto the airfryer I will show you in asecond because I want some hand man youdon’t wanna be touching the handle sothen when you touch the handle the nexttime you’re gonna have chicken stuff onyou know so watch your fan plus it’s allthese Co big 19 so wash your handsanyway wash your hands just to wash yourhands okay just do it let’s get back outinto a free world so just wash your handpeople alright so this is what it lookslike now that I have all of the chickeninto the fryer I’m gonna take thecooking spray shake it up and just sprayit right on top now I’m gonna go put itin my air fryer for nine minutes at 380and I’ll be back with you when it’s timeto flip all right you guys it’s beennine minutesnow so my chicken looks like so far youcan’t really tell on the camera butthat’s really pretty just saying okay sonow I’m going to flip so it doesn’t lookso beautiful once you flip it yeah okaythat’s okay hey hey baby cuz now smellsreally badI’m just gonna take the sauce thebarbecue sauce I’m gonna paint it brushit on paint it on I felt like this is apaint brush that’s why I said paintbrush it on brush it on really gooddon’t beum what’s it called I want to say don’tbe sticky but a lot of people aren’tgonna understand what that meansdon’t don’t undersauce your chicken that’s what I’msaying sauce it nice and juicy juicySouth Sea South bow yeah very much bossand I’m on a diet so this is really I’mnot that brightI guess the sauce isn’t that bad it’snot that bad for you at least I’m notfrying the chicken you know I could itcould be worse be a lot worse I could befrying it could be bettergood have it on an actual grill allright so I have about that much sauceleft in here and I’m actually going touse that for something else I don’t knowwhat but that’s okay maybe so now I’mgoing to I’ll put it back in the m/cnice and saucy saucy saucy now put itback in there nine minutes let it finishcooking I’ll show you guys what it lookslike I am back and my chicken is doneand I’m so excited my house smells sogood here’s I’m serving it with brownrice and broccoli I was gonna say Joshwas held at making fun of me becausehe’s like that’s a really low budgetidea like you could have came up withsomething a lot better than air fryerbarbecue chicken as the video but hedoesn’t even understand like how manytimes I have seen people ask on alldifferent types of websites like thecommunity websites food bloggingwebsites all types of stuff if peoplehave a good recipe for air fryer chickenand yes yes I dobarbecue air fried chickenthere it isit’s beautiful a beautiful chicken youcan if you want go ahead and put alittle bit more sauce once you play likefor Josh I will definitely put moresauce on his because I know he likes hissaucy I however I’m on a diet so I amjust going to eat it the way it is andenjoy it with all those spices on thereyou know it’s not lacking any flavorhe just likes soft sauces box like Itold you earlier sauce is boss stuffthat’s where you know the logic for moresauce comes in on his part mm-hmm andthen also when you do the fresh or youknow a little bit more on aspect it justfeels like it really came off thebarbecue you know it even has littlecrispy pieces on it I see like a littlecrispy it’s not burnt but it just lookslike it really came off of the grillwhich is always nice now when I do it inthe George Foreman it doesn’t reallylook like it came off the grill it justlooks like chickenkind of boring I like my Foreman nohatred or Foreman I like my Foreman Ijust think it was bored with it allright so let’s get down to the tastetest guys all right I am so hungry I amso ready for this it’s gonna be hot wellyes they’re
