hey guys my name is Amanda also known ashippie garden mama – a lot of my friendsand I have finally decided to put myselfout here on the world wide web and sharewith you a little bit about my life andsome I guess mom tips just life tipsit’s not always about being a mom butthis is what you’re gonna get gonna getdown brush hair breakouts that I don’ttry to cover and I’m just a whole lot ofreal life I am 35 I am my mom now fivekidsand I’ve been married for this year oldme nine years I think nine years and I’ma cat lover we have four cats and let’ssee what else I love to bake I love togarden and I love to sew so most of thethings that I’ll be sharing with you arethings that has to do with my gardenmaybe some recipes and easy but they’llbe easythey’ll be doable for anybody kids nokids people who have experience cookingpeople who don’t and then I guess whenit comes time to start planting I willshare that all with you guys I am NOTgonna fake anything everything you seeis gonna be real there will be curiousstorage in the background my counterswill have things on them I will notpretend to be somebody I’m not and Iwill not like pre-clean I will just showyou guys real real so I have a seed swapcoming up next weekend so I’m gonna getsome of my seeds together for that andthen I actually will add in this video Imade some BBQ chicken tacos the othernight and I recorded that so that’ll bemy first video will be the BBQ chickentacosand it isn’t an instant hot so if youdon’t have an instant pot sorry it’s nota pitch it’s not a promo I’m not gettingpaid but oh my god this instant potchanged my life I don’t have a slowcooker anymoreso they would be stupid easy instant potfood and I will just be sharing my lifewith you guys no I guess so welcome tomy world and I hope you like it if youguys have any suggestions or if you havesomething that you’d really like to knowor learn about or a recipe you want meto share or some tips on gardening Idon’t know too much in still learningmyself I know stuff but I’m alwayslearning and then some like easydo-it-yourself crafts for grownups forkids for grownups and kids together allsorts of fun stuff coming your way sohere we goso today’s Tuesday we are having tacosand I just had my first Paco for thefirst time ever I mean like like twoabout that about two years ago andnaturally I thought enough so we aretonight having a pulled chicken barbecuechicken tacos and I got these shells Ireally like where to take that they’re alittle bit wideryou see there’s stuff a bunch into thenthe other brands I find so I love thisrecipe because I use frozen chickenbreasts and he only calls for four otheringredients it’s amazing so I use myinsta pot and I throw these ingredientsinand my frozen chicken breast I cook onthe pressure cook for 40 minutes andthen I let it rest for 10 thicken thesauce while I pull the chicken and havelike the most amazing chicken tacos andI don’t even have to do much except likeprep all the other ingredients so hereis what I use for the liquids so theseare my ingredients those are the fourthings that I use as my liquids in theinstant pot so I use this is my go-tobarbecue sauce I really like the Stubbsbrand and I use a about like a third athird of a container of a barbecue sauceand about two tablespoons of the resthere we go so at first I just betweenthe the lighter liquids so the soy saucethe vinegar and the hot sauce and thenan eye assault so – my chicken breastand my right on top of the chicken andand and then after that back in thekitchen I’m going to get my chicken outof here put it in a bowl and I justshred it with a fork by kind of juststirring it together it is so tender allyou need to do is just kind of stir witha fork and then I grabbed one of mykitchen towels and I put it over the topi saute the sauce for about ten minutesto get it a little bit thicker so that Ican mix it back in with the chicken andthen I’ll start making my toppings sohere’s the chicken after me in there andguys it justI mean it just falls apart it it’s justguys that took like no time at all andlook it’s already nice and nice andshredded I like my chicken for my tacosto be pretty shredded without like toomany big pieces so here we go with thatand now we will make the toppings Iusually just go for whatever is in myfridge so let’s see what we’ve gotokay so lettuce right I’m chopping somelettuce I found I had so I always havecarrots in my brunch always and I foundsome chopped red cabbage from a previousrecipe so I’m gonna make some carrot andcabbage slaw cut up my lettuce I’m sourcream I’m gonna do Chipotle yeahchipotle cilantro and then if I had aline I would squeeze it in there for thelime juice but it’s alright without itand then my cheese this is my this is mygo-to so something I keep in my kitchenall the time Frontera it’s a tomatilloand roasted garlic so that beeping wasthe sautee finishing for our barbecuesauce so here we go let’s check this allout and get this all doneso here’s my chicken and then here is mysauteed sauce I did neglect to mentionthat I use this strainer because as youcan see there’s little pieces that youknow get cooked off while you are doingyour cooking so I just run it throughhere and nice great like that you knowand it catches all of the yummy stuffand it makes the sauces go through niceand smooth so I’m going to add my sauceto my chicken and mix it up and then I’mgoing to sauce my I’m gonna put my saucemyself set it in a little a serving bowlwith some cheese by the side and serveup some tacos okay so that’s pretty muchmy setup here I’ve got my shells and mycream I got my lettuce and my slaw mycheese my salsa my chicken that’s whatthe end result looks like and then theseI think we’re like the coolest thingwe’ve ever gotten you can you know justslip your it in so you can make them andthey don’t fall so I am about to fillmyself up on some tacos happy TacoTuesday oh that’s how we do it here
