?BBQ chicken Legs ?
Ingredients :
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoon oil
Juice of 2 to 3 lemons
White vinegar 2to 3 tablespoon
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1teaspoon BBQ masala
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
10 to 12 whole chicken legs BBQ cut on them
Method :
In a bowl put yogurt, vinegar and oil . Add the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, BBQ masala and ginger garlic, and stir. Set aside.
Rinse and pat the chicken legs dry. With metal tongs, dip them one by one into the masala mixture and place in a pot.
Remaining masala add in chicken too.
Bake legs on bbq grill both sides
Or
Place them into the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, turning a couple of times during roasting. If they need a bit more color, turn on the broiler for a couple minutes and watch them closely.
Remove them when they are nice and golden brown and fully cooked. Serve hot & Enjoy!!!?
