For BBQ Chicken legs:
6 chicken legs
10 oz. bottle of pomegranate juice
1/2 Tsp salt (as per your taste
2 Tsp olive oil
2 Cloves garlic
NOTE: I added a mixture of two spices called (ShanFoods Southasian) Tikka Masala + Sheekh Kabab 1/2 /half of the spice mixed together with the chicken. I marinated it about 10 -12 hours and leave for an hour the meat outside on the room temperature. Mix the leftover spices before cooking it.
For BBQ T-Bone Steaks:
Two medium beef steaks (you can get it from any meat shop).
1 Tsp salt (as per your taste)
1/2 Tsp black pepper
2 Tsp olive oil
2 garlic paste
NOTE: I mixed the spices before marinating it and kept it for 6- 12 hours in the fridge, not the freezer. And then at least an hour before cooking, take it out.
