đź”¶ BBQ Chicken Wings :
🔹 Ingredients:
â– Chicken Wings : 20 pcs
â– Salt : As per taste
â– Red Chili Powder : Half Tsp
â– Soya Sauce : 2 Tbsp
â– Black Pepper : 1 Tsp
â– Paprika : 2 pinch
â– Ginger & Garlic Paste : 1 Tsp
â– All-purpose Flour : 6 Tbsp
â– Cornflour : 2 Tbsp
â– Barbecue Sauce : 4 Tbsp
â– Honey : 2 Tbsp / As per taste
â– Oil : For Frying
â– Sesame Seeds : For garnishing (Optional)
đź”· Instructions :
Step 1 :
Marinate the wings with all the ingredients.
Step 2 :
Keep it in cool place for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3 :
Put some oil in a frying pan & let it heat for a while in medium flame.
Step 4 :
Add the marinated wings one by one & fry them for 3-4 minutes or the color changes into brown. (Make sure that the inner part doesn’t stay raw or the outer part doesn’t burn)
Step 5 :
Once done take them out from the frying pan & keep them in a plate.
Step 6 :
In the same pan put some barbecue sauce & honey. Mix them for a while.
Step 7 :
Add the fried wings. Mix them
properly.
Step 8 :
Sprinkle some sesame seeds & serve hot.
