video i got a specialrecipe for you i’m gonna show you how tomakechesapeake garlic parmesan wingsnow if you’ve never had these wingsbefore today is the datei’m telling you you’re gonna have tomake this recipenow do not confuse these with garlicparmesan wings because they are notthat this is a different version youguys are gonna love iti promise you so i hope you’re in yourkitcheni’m already in mine so let’s go[Music]all right guys so here are theingredients we’re going to use fortoday’s recipe we have ouruh publix wings i’m not using greenwines they were out of themum at the store so we also used somegrated parmesanold bay seasoning if you have don’t haveobey you can use some type of cajunseasoning um some honey minced garlicbutter frank’s red hot sauce on your hotsauce of choice you can use texas peteor louisianaand we’re gonna have you gonna need somebarbecue umrub so these are the ingredients we’regonna use so let’s get started all rightsoi’ve already cut and cleaned our chickenhere i’ve measured out our ingredientsso i’m gonna let you know what we havehereright here i have one cup of french redhot saucei have one teaspoon of that old bayseasoning hereone stick of butter right here i have afourth of a cup of honeythree tablespoon of grated parmesan twotablespoonsof minced garlic and i have twotablespoons of this uhbarbecue rub now i may only use onetablespoonso you just want to kind of eyeball itdepending on how much chicken you gotso i’m gonna start off with about atablespoon and then i will add uhadditional uh seasoning as i see fitall right so let’s go ahead and getthese chicken pieces seasonedand into the oven see you in a bit allright so what we’re gonna do now iswe’re gonna go ahead and season ourchicken as i said i gottwo tablespoons of barbecue seasoningand guys you canuse whatever seasoning you got if youjust want to use salt and pepper that’sfinethis is just gonna give it a differentflavor so i’m gonna i’m gonna start offadding about a tablespoon of thisand then i’m gonna give it a good mix tosee what we haveyou know this seasoning uh does have youknow some salt in it soum kind of want to be a little bituh generous depending on how many piecesof chicken you havei think i could add just a little bitmore in there i’ll say about a teaspabout a tablespoon and a half for meand this and i think this is about 1.5pounds of uhchicken so one in the one and a halftablespoons is good for melike i said i could eyeball it here andsee what we have on our chickenthat’s pretty good for me so that’s whatwe’re going to useby the table it’s going to have if yougot about two pounds of chicken you maywant to add the extra piece i mean thatextrauh half a tablespoon right so let’s moveon all right so now i’ve already linedour bakingsheet and uh with aluminum foil and i’mgoing to spray these grates hereguys you already know this is for easycleanup and making sure your chickendoes stick to your panso with that being said we’re gonna goahead and start addingour chicken pieces to uh ourpan again we do a skin side downabout a half an inch to an inch aparttry not to overcrowd your panall right so that’s what we have youwant to take a look at itso what i’ve done was i’ve alreadypreheated our oven touh 400 degrees and i’m going to letthese thingscook for about 45 to 50 minuteslike say you you guys gauge your owntime and in terms of howyou want your chicken cook i like mine’sa little bit crispierso sometimes 45 minutes doesn’t work formebut more like 50 to 55 but i alsotake a look at it just to see becauseyou just never know how you know how hotyour oven gets and stays sowhat i’m gonna do is i’m gonna put it inthere for 45 minutes take a look at itbut i’m gonna turn it over after halfwaythrough the cooking process so typicallyi do cook them for 50 minutes so after25 minutes i’m going to turn them overand allow them to cook on the other sideall right let me get these things in theoven all right so what we’re going to donow is we’re going to start preparingour sauce so we’re going tofirst add our butterand then we got one stick of butter addour hot sauceand our honey and what we’re going to dois we’re going to give this a mixand we’re going to uh let this cookto the butter it’s almost melted but notcompletelyall right so we’re going to keep our eyeon this as the bittersbutter starts to melt looks like we’regetting a little bit close to it miltonso we don’t want to completely melt theguys we don’t want this to startcooking we just want to get all theingredients meltedand combined together so we don’t wantto bring this to a boilall right so it looks like we’re therelook at you see we just have that littlelittle bit left so we’re just going toremove it so what you want to do is youwant tojust start mixing it until the butter iscompletely meltedlike this you should have you shouldlook for a bright orange color like thisso what we’re going to do next is i’mgoing to get a whiskand now i’m going to go ahead and startadding myother ingredients so we’re going to addour grated parmesanhere we have our minced garlic or oldbase seasoningso we’re going to whisk whisk thesetogether like thisand that’s what we have right there babythat’s itso what i’m going to do is i’m going totransfer this from thispot over to a empty dish and we’re goingwe got about 10 minutes left for ourwings and then we’re going to get thesethings sauced upand we’re going to sit down and have usa good meal see you in a bit all rightguys sothis is what we have after 50 minutes inthe ovenso take a look at them oh man they lookthey look pretty good look at themall right so what i’m gonna do is i’mgonna go ahead and get to remove theseput them in a bowland we’re gonna get them sauced up so wecan start eating all right so now thatourwe have our chicken pieces over in thebowl what we’re gonna dois we’re gonna pour some of this sauceover these wingslike this depending on how many chickenwings you have youyou probably don’t want to pour you knowthis wholething over it this whole bowl of saucemaybe a little bit too muchbut look at that guys and what i’m gonnado right now you already knowwhat we do we do a little shake and makeitmake it make itgive it a flip and then we remove itand this is what we have guys look atthat smoking hotall right let’s get these things platedup and we’ll move onand there you have it guys chesapeakegarlic parmesan wingsthis recipe is hands downdelicious i’m telling you guys you haveto try this one outthis is very very very very good theflavorsi mean combined together the flavors arejust amazing the garlic parmesanthe minced garlic and the buffalo saucealong with that honey i’m telling youguysthey’re not buffalo wings they’re notgarlic parmesan wingsthey are a different type
