Chicken Leg Quarter – Grilling with tray | ഓവനിൽ ഗ്രിൽഡ് ചിക്കൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാലോ ?

Lets try grilled chicken with a special masala mix
Ingredients :-

Chicken leg quarter – 4 Pcs

For marination :
1. Lemon juice – 2 to 3 tablespoon
2. Curd – 2 tablespoon
3. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon each
4. Tomato and coriander leaf paste – 2 tablespoon ( one fresh tomato and a handful of coriander leaf)
5. Chilli powder – 2 tablespoon
6. Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
7. Tuemeric pwder – 1 teaspoon
8. Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
9. Onion – 8 shallota or half of a big onion
10. Salt – as needed
11. Oil – 2 tablespoon
12. Almonds – a handful ( soaked and peeled)

Lets do it:
1. Add lemon juice to the clenaed chicken leg and keep it for 30 minutes.
2. Heat tawa and slightly saute chopped onion. Add chilli powder, black pepper powder, tumeric powder and cumin powder to the tawa and fry for couple of mins.
2. Prepare tomato and coriander leaf paste with no added water.
3. Add all the ingredients except almond to the chicken and marinate it well. Keep the chicken in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
4. Set 400F for 40-45 minutes in the conventional oven and place our marinated chicken legs with almonds inside.
5. Flip the leg and brush with little oil if needed and keep for another 35 to 45 minutes for delicious and healthy grilled chicken.
