FOR TIKKA MASALA:
Take a Bowl
Add One Cup Yogurt
One Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt To Taste
One Tbsp Black Pepper
One Tsp Red Chilli
Half Teaspoon Cumin
Quarter Teaspoon Garam Masala
Quarter Teaspoon Turmeric
Quarter Teaspoon Orange Food Color
Add Half Kg Chicken
Mix And Marinate For 30 Mins
In a Wok
Add Two Tbsp Oil (Medium Heat)
Add Marinated Chicken
Cook Until It’s Done
When Done Keep Aside
FOR TIKKA GRAVY:
Take a Pot
Add Two Tbsp Oil (Medium Heat)
3-4 Medium Sized Chopped Onions
Fry Until Golden Brown
Add One Teaspoon Cumin
Half Star Anise
One Cinnamon Stick
10 Whole Black Pepper
4 Dry Dundicut Pepper (Longi/Degi Mirchen)
Salt To Taste
Half Teaspoon Turmeric
Two Large Chopped Tomatoes
Cook Until Tomatoes Softens
When Done Add Cooked Chicken
Add Some Green Chillies
And Coriander Leaves
Give Coal Smoke
Keep Aside
FOR BIYRANI:
Take 3 Cups Half Boiled Rice
Add Layer Of Rice
Now Add Chicken Tikka Curry
Repeat Another 2 Layers
On Last Layer Of Rice
Put Some Coriander And Green Chillies
Cover And Leave For 15-20 Mins (Low Heat)
