DLX we’reusing Crawford’s barbecue elimo dust forthe rub and then we’re gonna cut them upwith a little bit of Memphis MistressPit sauce now the Alamo dust has alittle bit of zest yes and a little bitof pop of that barbecue flavor that’sgonna make these wings perfect and Ihaven’t tried the mistress yet but Iknow it’s coming from Crawford’sbarbecue it’s gonna be good so what am Iwaiting for let’s go ahead and get someof this rub on now you can do this in abowl and it might be a little easier andyou might not waste as much but this isyoutube it’s all about the presentationright now after and smoke getout of the chain then we’re gonna turnit to the low setting on bro okay it’sburning clean now let’s go ahead andclose up the lid and we’re gonna turnthis setting right over to the grillinglow now we’re gonna let the rider dealnext start the preheat and we’ll checkon it and above ten minutesall right the rider DLX is all heated uplet’s get these wings I’m just gonnastart setting them right in the middlethe seer zone and get them in here swishthem over a little bit unless what Ijust want to cook right on top of thecitizens won’t get a minute in thecenter close up the lid and set a timerfor 10 minutes and then we’re gonna goahead and check them in flip all rightso this social distancing thing has gotme thirsty I’m sweating in this suit Igotta go ahead and have a cold glass ofchardonnay wait a minute what are yougonna drink this alright it only took mea couple seconds to think about thisit’s called Norwegian ingenuity who saidNorwegians aren’t smart when it comes perfect over hereclose up the lid and set a timer forfive minutes and then we’re gonna goahead and sauce these up no I’m gonnamost likely run these over 175 degrees Ilike my chicken wings at least a hundredand eighty-five because then I don’t getany bloody bones all right I know thesechicken wings are already gonna be donewe’re gonna go ahead and throw them insome hot sauce oh yeah174 I know that these are gonna be overhotter than 80 190 let’s get these outand get them into the sauce I’ve got acouple big pellets in there that aregrinding the Oklahoma Joel is pushingthrough all right we’re gonna toss thesechicken wings now a lot of people alwayssay toss the salad I’m just gonna tosssome chicken wings thank God I got myhusband Sudan I don’t want to get any ofthis on my shirt all right these arecalling it up good let’s go ahead andget them back in and just caramelize upthat sauce just a little bit[Music]these that are a little bit later we’regonna put over on this side because wecan see we’re cooking a little bitharder that’s not the ones that are moremy style with all the char will put backhere cuz we don’t want them to get toomuchall right we’re gonna close off for Lizand set a timer for just above fiveminutes and these will be done a coupleof them are gonna be overdone but we’llsoon we’re gonna be run around thathundred eighty five hundred ninety fivedegrees perfect for wings especially youhave people that don’t like bloody veinsand bones all right I know these chickenwings are done they’ve been in there forabout five minutes let’s get them offand then we can give them a rest and trythem on they’re looking pretty now I’mreally excited to try out this Memphismystery sauce see that five times in arow all right let’s go ahead and turnthis down to the cooling part it’s gonnabeep a little bit just gonna go into thecooling mode and now just let the Ryderdeluxe go ahead and burn off theremainder that’s in that fire pipe butmake sure that you let that finish thewhole cool down don’t just hit the powerbutton you’ll be sorry because you’regonna get a jam we’re gonna take thesechicken wings in and let them rest forabout five minutes and then we’re gonnago ahead and beat them alright thesechicken wings have rested for fiveminutes and I’m hungry it’s time tocheck them out dang that Crawford ELMOdust has some good zesty pop to it andalong with that
