BUFFALO WINGS SEASONING & MARINATION:
2 lbs Chicken Wings (With Skin)
1 tsp Salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 tbsp Paprika or Chili powder
1-2 tbsp Oil
BUFFALO HOT SAUCE
1 tsp Paprika or Chili powder
1 tsp Honey or Sugar
3/4 Hot or Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
5 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vinegar
Salt a pinch

TIPS:
● Marinate the Chicken for at least 15-20 minutes for better taste
● Bake at 400 Fahrenheit or 200 C for 40 to 50 minutes until Wing is cooked. Broil each side for 10 minutes
● Do not place the wings on paper towels as this will create steam and will undermine the crispiness of the Chicken wings.
● Cooking time may vary depends on your Oven
