These sweet and spicy outdoor grilled chicken wings are a Cambodian recipe and surely will knock your socks off. The recipe is best cooked over charcoal or wood fire as it will impart the best smoky flavor profile!
Ingredients required are lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, thai chili peppers, galangal (or ginger), 1/3 cup palm sugar, 1/3 cup fish sauce, and 2 pounds of chicken wings. you can substitute other meats or fish, as this marinade can be used with whatever meat/seafood you desire.
