Easy Buffalo Wings Recipe [Weber Grill]

what’s up guys this Ryan Smith thank youfor watching this video I’m going toshow you a buffalo wings recipe that issuper easy but puts out some awesomewings I’ll be cooking these on my WeberKettle I’ve got some charcoal lit grillsgetting hot now I’m going to show youhow to prep the wings I’ve got sixchicken wings here and I’ve alreadyseparated a few of them a couple of themwhat you want to do is just take a goodsharp knife and you want to remove thisteal and I’ll show you the process youjust take the tail file and then youwant to cut between this joint righthere you can just fill with a knife andtry to get in between and sometimes youcan take the x-wing and actually pop thejoint out run your knife between thatnow I’ve got the wings all separated andI’m going to season these and get themready for the grill I’m just going touse some of this Lowery’s garlic saltjust give them a little coating of thisthis combined with the buffalo saucethat we’ll be putting on in a fewminutes give us some good flavor so justa little black pepper on these turn themover and do the same on the other sideand they’re ready for the grill I’ve gotthe grill set up for indirect cookingwe’ll put them over here away from thecharcoal all the vents are wide open Iput a full basket of charcoal you wantto get the temp up around 400 degreesclose just go ahead and lay these overhere and space them out just a littlebitto allow even cooking folks I apologizefor this wind it’s a little windy outand I know the microphone will probablypick some of that upput the lid on these and check out themin about 15 minutes[Music]hey guys these have been cooking about15 minutes I’m gonna turn them overagainst a pretty good color on them andthe skin starting to get crispy that’swhat I’m really going forwardalright I’ll put the lid back on theseand we’ll probably give them 10 or 15minutes on that side and it’ll be timeto start checking the temperature wewant them to cook to about 165 degreesand then we’ll put together our buffalosauce see you in a few minutes alrightguys it’s been about 15 minutes since Iturn these over so I’m going to check onthem and use my thermapen to see ifthey’re up to 165 degrees and if theyare it’s time to go ahead and startputting together the sauce these havereally got good and crispy they’re allup to temp good so we’ll go ahead andput together or salt so go ahead and andput together the buffalo sauce I’m gonnause probably about a half a cup or so ofthis Frank’s hot sauce maybe a littleover and then I’m just gonna put somebutter in that the idea is the morebutter that you put in this the milderto bay if you want a spicier solvesomething a little more heat to it youwant to cut back on that ratio of butterif on the other hand if you like it moreof a mild sauce put put a little morebutter a good place to start is probablyabout half and half and then you canjust kind of go from there and see whatyou like but I’m gonna put a couple oftablespoons for I like mine a little bitspicyand you just you just want to melt thebutter and once the butter is meltedthis is done just takes a couple minutessometimes I’ll put this over the heatalright we’ve got our Sol stone so I’mgonna go ahead and go a few of these offand toss them in a little bit of thisbuffalo sauce[Applause][Music]the skin got really nice and crispy onthemI made this sauce just a little bit onthe hearty and I’m gonna take a bottleall these that is awesomeonce again I appreciate you watchingthis video as always and I hope you likethis recipe let me know in the commentsbelow what you like to dip yours in doyou like ranch blue cheeseif there’s a different way that you liketo feed shoulders and sleep me know I’minterested in hearing what you guys dowith your wings if you like this videogive it a thumbs up be sure to hit thesubscribe button so that you can catchsome more of my videos god bless you
