[Music][Applause][Music]hello everyone thank you for subscribingto the channel and today’s video I’mgoing to be showing you why I make mychicken breasts so lonely ingredientsyou’ll need today is black peppergrilling spice olive oil obviously yourchicken breasts in a George Foreman anddown below I’m gonna leave theingredients that you need so first thingyou want to do is you want to turn onyour George Foreman and let it preheatif you don’t if you happen to us warm inthat let you know like mine does then itwill turn green and let you know whenit’s ready to go so while your GeorgeForeman is preheating I’m gonna go aheadand prepare the meat all rightso the first thing you want to do is youwant to grab your olive oil and you wantto pour some on your hands and then youwant to spread the oil all over thechicken breast this helps for thechicken breast not to stick to yourGeorge Foreman and it allows theseasoning that you’re going to put onthe top marinade into the meat so makesure it’s very oil all over it shouldlook like thisall right after that you want to grabyour grilling spice if you do not havegrilling spice you can use salt insteadof that which goes well with the blackpepper also at the stores they sellchicken breast spice that you can useinstead of grilling spice so what I’mgoing to do is I’m going to take a spiceof capital and then I’m gonna spread itevenly on the chicken breast you don’twant to overdo it but you want to get atleast most of the meat on top then youcan tap it down so you don’t have to useup all your spice after that you want toturn it over you want to do it againso that you don’t use too much spice youcould just spread it out again becauseyou want the meat to taste well on thebottom and on the top after that you’regonna grab your black pepper then youwant to do the same thing again and justspread it evenly around the meat spreadit around turn it over and do the samething again just spread it around evenlyand then now if you’re George Foremanisn’t ready yet just let it sit for alittle bit and allow the seasonings tomarinate into the meat and then we’llcome back so now that we’ve marinatedthe meat it’s time to put it on theGeorge Foreman so you’re just gonna grabit like this evenly put it on thereclose itand then what I normally do is I let itsit for five minutesso I’m gonna set my timer for fiveminutes and then while that’s good we’llcome back your chicken is ready you wantto check for the grill lines at the topyour top of the chicken breast should bea little a little Brownthey should have streaks from your grillon there you should also be able tosmell the different season is that youput on here on your chicken breast sowe’re gonna check it out right now andit’s starting to get there it’s brown asyou can see the grill stripes are onthere as wellthe other side is white because you andthat’s how you know that is almost doneso I’m gonna put it on there for maybeone more minute and then we’ll checkagain[Music]so now that the timers went off we’regoing to see what it looks like on thefinished touchso we’re going to take it off the grillso I hope you enjoyed this video I hopeyou enjoyed this tutorial today of how Imake my chicken breasts coming in theconversation let me know how yourchicken breasts came out also any otherideas that you can give me for making mychicken breasts also coming in theconversation let me know what you havewith your chicken breastswhether there is salad whether it’spasta or bread just let me know pleasesubscribe to the channel and I’m out[Music][Applause][Music]
