Grilled Chicken Pepper Kabobs
2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
3 bell peppers cut into cubes
3 garlic cloves minced
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 teas oregano
1 Tb lemon juice or half a fresh lemon
Mix all together, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Preheat grill on medium high and grill for 7 minutes turn over and grill an additional 7 minutes. Enjoy!
