A couple of days ago it was quite hot in California, so we have decided to make the Vietnamese Cold Noodle Bowl (Bun Ga Nuong) as we have another pack of 10 lbs of chicken leg quarters left. I am going to separate that into multiple videos, and this one I am going to focus on the grilled boneless chicken thigh.
Ingredients:
– Chicken Thigh (8 boneless)
– Soy Sauce (To Color)
– White Pepper (2 tsp.)
– Cooking Wine (4 tsp.)
– Sesame Oil (1 tbs.)
– Hoisin Sauce / Seafood Sauce (3 tbs.)
– Garlic with oil (3 tsp.)
– Lemon Juice (1/2)
