hi everyone thanks so much for tuning into my channel so today I’m gonna besharing with you my garlic and lemonchicken breast recipe now this chickenbreast is gonna turn out nice and crispyon the outside and nice and juicy on theinside so stay tuned so I’m starting offwith two chicken breasts and I’m cuttingoff these little side parts and leavingthem to the side for now I’m going totake some plastic wrap and put it overthe chicken and if you have a meatmallet you can use it here but I don’thave one so I’m gonna be using a rollingpin I’m just gonna push down on thechicken trying to flatten it as much aspossible I’m doing this because it helpsthe chicken breast cook evenly now thatit’s nice and flattened I’m gonnatransfer it to the bowl so now spent toseason it I’m gonna add about onetablespoon of salt one tablespoon ofcayenne pepper about one and a halftablespoons of lemon juice and this issome minced garlic and olive oil thatI’m a can keep in the fridge I’m addingabout one and a half teaspoons of thisbut you can just add two cloves ofminced garlic instead and now I’m justmixing everything into the chickenbreast I’m gonna leave the chicken onthe counter to marinate for about 15minutes after 15 minutes I’ve heated mycast-iron skillet on medium and I’madding a good amount of avocado oil andthen I’m adding the chicken breast I’mgonna pan-fry each side for about fiveminutes and I’m putting on my splashguard just to be safe making sure aboutno oil splashes out of the pan fiveminutes has passed and I’m gonna flip onto the other side for another fiveminutesso I’m pan frying the chicken breast sothat it gets a nice brown color on theoutside so after five minutes I’m gonnatake the marinade that I had in the bowland I’m gonna add three tablespoons oflemon juice along with a quarter cup ofwater and I’m gonna pour it into theskilletand now I’m gonna face the chicken withthe marinade on medium-low heat I’mgonna cover this for another fiveminutes so my chicken is done and I’mgonna let it rest before cutting into itso that the juices have time to set andwon’t just flow out once I cut it Istarted slicing the chicken breast andI’m gonna use them in a few ways I’madding some of the chicken breasts on akale and spinach salad I’m using some tomake a chicken grilled cheese sandwichand I’m using some more to make somechicken wraps for the kids so if youmake this chicken breast let me know howit goes in the comments below and if youlike my meal ideas please click on thatlike button and don’t forget tosubscribe until next time take care
