Hi – We are cooking Gyros our way with some juicy marinated chicken and lamb grilled on our Pit Boss grill! You can adjust your marinade depending on how many pounds of meat you have.
5 Pounds Each Chicken/Lamb
Marinade:
1 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Cavendars Greek Seasoning or other greek seasoning
2 Tbls Each fresh mint, basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano.
1 Large Garlic Clove
Marinate for 6 hours or overnight. You can use any grill at 350F for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I temp check with meat thermometer. Let rest 10 minutes and slice into pure deliciousness! Thanks for your support!
