[Music][Music]what’s up guys welcome back to alwayseverything I am your cook SpinelliI’m also the self-proclaimed ween kingand the prince and ruler of all lemonpepper weeds now you ain’t gotta likethat but you will respect it so clickthat card above me that’s all the proofyou gonna need now in today’s video I’mgonna show you guys how to make frywhiskey Queens this is a deliciousrecipe and I’m telling you when you adda little alcohol to the sauce I’mtelling it does wonders for this chickenall right guys so I hope in your kitchenI’m already mine so let’s go all rightso here are the ingredients we’re goingto use for today’s recipe what we havehere we have our public green washchicken pineapple juice flour we’regonna use some water some Jack Danielswhiskey salt teriyaki sauce garliccanola or brown sugar some corn startssome ground red pepper and we’re gonnause some of this mccrory eggs and brownsugar bourbon seasoning so these are theingredients so let’s get startedall right so I’ve already measured outour ingredients and cut and clean ourchicken so what we have here we have 1cup of flour we have 2 teaspoons of saltwe have 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1/8cup of bourbon seasoning one in 1/8 cupof pineapple juiceone in 1/8 cup of brown sugar we have1/4 of a cup of water 1/4 cup of whiskey1/4 cup of teriyaki 1/4 teaspoon ofcayenne pepper and 3 to 6 teaspoons ofgarlic so this is what we’re gonna useso let’s go ahead and move on all rightso the first thing we’re gonna do iswe’re going to season our chicken sowhat we’re going to do is we’re going totake our salt we’re going to add it tochicken pieces NYX grab your Bourbonseasoning add it to your chicken now -you use as little or as much as you wantI like to make sure my chicken isseasoned it looks like a lot but onceyou get to stirring it and thatseasoning gets on all sides of thechicken it’s probably not gonna beenough for me but that’s all I’m use Ilove to see this is some good seasoningso give this a good mix this is what itlooks like let’s move on all right sonow it’s time for us to line our bakingsheet with aluminum foil also you wantto spray your grapes with cooking spraythis allows for easy cleanup and alsomake sure your chicken doesn’t stick toyour pan all right let’s move on allright so what we’re gonna do now is addour chicken pieces to our pan skin sidedown 1/2 an inch to an inch aparttry not to overcrowd your pan give yourchicken pieces a little room to cook andbreathe all right let’s move on to thenext stepall right guys so what we’re gonna donow is we’re gonna place these Bambi’sin the oven and we’re just going toallow them to cook for 25 minutes we’renow gonna turn them over or flip themoverduring this time we’re gonna set them inthis 400 degree oven again we’re gonnalet them cook for 25 minutes so staywith me I’m gonna show you what we’regonna do next all right so what we’regonna do now is we’re gonna get oursauce cooking so what we’re gonna do isyou add your olive oil to a pot let itheat up then you want to drop in yourgarlic and you want to stir that and youwant to saute your garlic and you wantto allow your garlic to cook and to it’stranslucent you don’t want to overcookyour garlic next add your whiskey giveit a good stir and let it cook down forlike 2 to 3 minutesthen you want to hit it with some ofthat water next your pineapple juiceyour teriyaki sauce and your brown sugarand don’t forget that red pepper and youwant to give this a dip mix and you wantto bring this maketo a boil continue to stir it once itstart boiling you want to add your cornstarts I mix my two teaspoons ofcornstarch with two teaspoons of waterand you want to add this to your yoursauce and you want to stir it up whatthis does it’s gonna thicken the sauceso add that continue to stir it asyou’re stirring it you want to bringyour heat down your sauce will begin tothicken and once it starts to thinkingyou want to turn the heat down thesimmer and you want this to simmer forabout five minutes all right guys so nowour 25 minutes is up I’m gonna pullthese bad babies out of the oven theyare not fully cooked keep in mind theseare not fully cooked they’ve only beenin there 25 minutes so I’m gonna showyou what we’re gonna do next we’re gonnafinish them off in a fryer so go aheadI’ll see you in the next step all rightso now that your sauce is done what youwant to do is you want to take an emptydish and you want to pour this into aempty dish and we’re gonna reserved thisuntil the chicken pieces are done allright so let’s move on all right so inthis step what I’m gonna do is I’m goingto season our flour I’m gonna use abouta teaspoon of salt and I’m gonna use onetablespoon of that bourbon brown sugarseasoning gals whenever a fried chickenI have to season my flour all right getthat a good mix and we’ll continue allright so what I’m going to do in thisstep I’m going to take those chickenpieces I’m just gonna drop them intothis flour mix those chicken pieces intothis flour mixture and I’m just gonnaremove them and add them back to ourbaking sheet so make sure you do thisfor all the pieces and I’m gonna showyou what we’re gonna do next all rightso what we’re gonna do now is we’regonna drop these bad babies in this 350degree grease and you’re not gonna cookthese long now you’re gonna cook themfor about two to four minutesyou know once your chicken is donebecause it begins to rise to the top buttypically you’re gonna allow these tocook for two to four minutesalright so now our chicken pieces aredone look at that look at that colorbeautiful alright so I’m gonna do whatI’m gonna do now is I’m gonna sit it ona cooling rack and then I’m going to frymy second batch all rightso I’ll see you guys in the next stepalright so now I’ve cooked both batchesso what we’re gonna do we’re gonna goahead and get rid of the sauce thesethings you want to take that our whiskeysauce and you just want to spoon it oryou can pour it over your chicken piecesI’m gonna go ahead and pull all thisover these chicken pieces and of courseyou want to take a lid and do a littleshake it bake it make it biggershake it bigger make it make it biggerbaking baking all right remove your lidtake a look at that let’s move on to thenext stepalright so what we’re gonna do we’re addknees over to a clean plate take a lookat it there you have it
