Yogurt 3 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp
Garam Masala 1-1/2 tsp
Red Chili Pdr 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Onion 1 Cut in Rings
Naan Small 5
Tomato 3 Cut in quarters.
Cabbage 1/2 Shredded
Cilantro 1 small bunch
Butter 1 TbspFor
Garnishing:
Tomatoes 2 cut in halves
Lemon 2 cut in wedges
Lettuce 1 Bunch
Green Chilies 2
Recipe:
Cut chicken in cubes , Add Garam Masala, Red Chilies, Salt, Lemon Juice in yogurt and marinate chicken for 30 mins.Add Butter in a wok and let it melt, add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes on high flame, broiler in oven for 5 minutes chicken is ready to fill.Garnish with green Chilies and cilantroTake naan and fold it prick 1 tooth pick on each side of naan to make a pocketFill with1/5th chicken, two onion rings, 2 tomatoes, cabbage, dish it out in a large platter to serve decorate your plate aesthetically enjoy as supper, or tea time
