CHICKEN BURGER
chicken mince 1/2 kg
Mutton fat 50 gm
Onion ,chopped 50 gm
Mustard paste 1/2tablespoon
Soy sauce 2tablespoon
Hot sauce 1tablespoon
Crush chilli 1/2 tablespoon
Black pepper 1/2tbsp
Coriander, chopped 1tbsp
Salt 1teaspoon
Butter 3tablespoon
METHOD
In a large bowl put chicken mince and marinate by adding salt, onion, black pepper, coriander, eggs, butter, yellow mustard, crush chilli, hot sauce, soy sauce and mutton fat.mash for about 15 minute and refrigerate for 15 minute . Make patties of medium size. Preheat and grease the grill or pan. Grill by turning sides for about two minutes per side or until done.add cheese slice,toss the bun and apply sauce,lettuce, tomato and jalapeno. Serve with French fries ,ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
