Easy to do (GRILLED CHICKEN & PORK)
Ingredients:
Chicken
Pork
Soysauce
Vinegar
Lemon
Pepper
Directions:
Marinate chicken and pork in separate containers (to avoid cross contamination), at least 1 hour or overnight for best results. Pre heat grill, then put chicken & pork, cook for at least 10 minutes both sides. Once cooked, removed from grill and cover to retain it’s heat and you’re ready to eat.
Note: best paired with RICE & sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, lemon, chilli) YUUMMMMMMMMMM
