Grilled chicken salad ( Nam tok gai yarg) is one type of Thai salad, it is a native food of the northeast of Thailand (Isan) and it is a popular food because it is easy to cook. It is made from grilled chicken or pork that is cut into thin pieces and flavored with chili powder, chopped shallots, ground roasted rice, lime juice, fish sauce. It tastes sour, salty and spicy like larb.
The side dishes of nam tok are vegetables such as cucumber, cabbage, long bean and basil. Nam tok is usually eaten with sticky rice when it is a main meal.

Ingredient: ( 3 serving)
250 g Boneless chicken thigh
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
15 g Culantro, Slice
10 g Spring onion, Slice
50 g Shallot, Slice
5g Mint leaves
2 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 Tbsp Ground roasted rice
1 Tbsp Chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Chicken stock

How to cook:
1. Marinated chicken with soy sauce for 30 minutes
2.Slice culantro, spring onion and shallot, picked mint leaves
3. Grill chicken in a pan until cooked, thinly slice
4.Before serving heat slice chicken in a pot, add chicken stock mix well. Turn off the heat.
5.Seasoning with fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, ground roasted rice and chilli powder. Mix well
6. Add slice culantro, spring onion and shallot. Mix well , Add mint leaves at last.
