Grilled chicken sandwich. This is a healthy and easy chicken sandwich. No mayo, no classic lettuce. These grilled chicken sandwiches are different. One chicken is marinated in Teriyaki sauce and another one in Worcestershire sauce. The fillings of these grilled chicken sandwiches are different too. You can add any veggies you like or want. These grilled chicken sandwiches are very nutritious and include everything you need: proteins and vegetables. Grilled chicken sandwich is perfect for dinner. We made 6 sandwiches for a big family and we had some leftovers grilled chicken. These sandwiches are also good to make for a picnic. We are cooking outside today and enjoying the weather.
Easy to make, follow simple steps and enjoy your grilled chicken sandwich.
INGREDIENTS:
7 chicken breasts (4lbs)
6 sandwich buns
6 slices of any cheese
pickle chips
2 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
1st CHICKEN MARINADE:
salt to taste
pepper to taste
dried dill to taste
3 cloves garlic
1 lime
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2nd CHICKEN MARINADE:
salt to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1st spread for buns:
5 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2nd spread for buns:
5 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
