Juicy chicken wings are oven baked in a flavorful Japanesque sauce.

INGREDIENTS Servings: 3
Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 25 mins
1.5 lb (680g) chicken wings (flats/drumettes)
1 table spoons (15ml) sake (Japanese rice wine)
2 table spoons (30ml) honey
2 table spoons (30ml) soy sauce
2 table spoons (30ml) grated Ginger
1/2 table spoons (15ml) grated Garlic
1 tea spoon (5ml) chicken poulet powder
Directions

Combine the sake, honey , soy sauce, grated ginger,
grated garlic, chicken poulet powder in a bowl.
Stir these ingredients until well combined.

Add the chicken pieces and the marinade to a zip top bag
and mix it around to make sure the chicken is well coated.
Then,Refrigerate the bag for 30 minutes.
30 minutes later,Let’s start preheat the oven 375F ( 190℃)

Placing cooking oil into baking tray.
