what’s going on guys now I’m going toshow you how to make chicken legs on thegrill get a chicken pulled out herethese are just regular Road drumstickscut them on sale at the local grocerystore nothing really special about themnow what we’re going to do I’ve got amixture here made up of garlic powderonion powder paprika and a little bit ofMcCormick’s brown sugar bourbon glazeI’m gonna start off by pulling the skinbacksometimes it can be a little hard to getoff theregot one more place token here todayyou’ll notice over time as I upload morevideos and stuff most of the things thatI cook and recipes that I do it’s tennormally just you know some sort of matewith vegetable and that’s mainly becauseof the diet that I do I kind of do amixture of low calorie and low carbI don’t really any bread with my mealsif a day wheat bread it’s in the form ofto the form of potatoes that I’ll havewith something and that’d be like mashedpotatoes or oven-roasted don’t reallyeat a whole lot of fries from about thebeginning of January up until wellbeginning of January or 2019 up untilnow I’ve lost a total of about 90 poundssomething done proud of and it’s by youknow grilling your food cutting outcarbs cutting out sugar I drink andsleep today and put Splenda in it a lotof people don’t say the point but ifyou’re cutting the sugar out that’s alot of calories because I drink a lot ofteabut hopefully that inspires somebody outthere that’s struggling to lose someweight somethingI was once about 350 pounds myself youseeI’m down to about 240 now so anybody cando it it’s all about willpower anddeveloping yourself to ithuh only one morealso if anybody would like to know moreabout what I did to lose weight and myweight loss plan that I’ve kind offollowed feel free to comment andmessage and I will try my best to answerall thosealright we got all that skin off ofthere what’s up her hand real quickand this is all kind of I’m just goingwith the flow on this a lot of things Idon’t follow recipes on I just whateversounds good to me as I’m making itthat’s what I do I believe what we’regoing to start out with I’m gonna putsome honey over top of these just drinkseach one honeylet that soak down on top of thatbecause I didn’t really put any sugar inthis rub that way that honey will helpto balance out anything in that andit’ll help give that rub something tostick to[Music]we’re taking turn them over and try toget both sides some walk code they won’tbe perfect but half of it will fall offin the grill anywaynow all we’ll do is just put some putsome aluminum foil over top of this andwe’ll go straight in the fridge with itand I’ll check back with you later whenwe’re ready throw them on the grillall right guys checking back in with younow it’s later on in the evening readyto cook our chicken chicken legs we’vegot our grill already set up here andthrow 10 fold down just to make cleanupeasier we’ve got to play the chickenhere that we got out of the fridge fromearlier and we’re just gonna take throwit on here like thatand we’ll just drizzle this risk thisover top don’t want to let good goodproduct go to waste you knowwe will have it we check back in in aminute when they starts cooking somelet’s check out they’re doing herethey’ve been on for about five minuteslooks like they’re cooking along rightnicelyOh getting a nice little grill mark onthat oneoh yeah these are going to turn outquite nice go ahead and flip thesethat way we don’t have no problem withthem burning or sticking on one side orthe otherstay to it and check these out here ohyeah look like they’re going to turn outquite nicely for usjust a little bit longer they should bedonealright guys he’s been cooking forprobably about 20 minutes or so manwe’re gonna give them a quick tossaround stick a mixer monitor in sleepset they’re down chicken takes about thelongest to cook out of anything for itto be fully done it’s got to reach 190degrees it’s a long showerwell meat thermometer here and see whatshe readsand it looks like we’re there so we’llslide slide that boy off of there goahead and throw these inner plate andwe’ll get these in the house for dinnerthank you all for watching God bless youhope y’all have a nice evening like andsubscribe and tune in for more
