Grilled Lemon Rosemary Chicken
Ingredients:
5 (5 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 Lemon, zested
¼ cup fresh rosemary
5 cloves garlic (small)
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp chives, chopped
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt (or Kosher salt)
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Cover the chicken breasts with plastic wrap and pound each side with food pounder.
In a food processor, thoroughly blend together the rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, Himalayan pink salt, and black pepper.
In a bowl, rub chicken breasts with the marinade mixture. Keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Grill chicken breasts 3 minutes on each side.
Transfer the grilled chicken breasts in a baking pan. Bake them in the oven for 5-7 minutes on 400′ F temperature (204′ C).
Take out the chicken from the over and arrange them over sauteed steamed or sauteed green bean (or any vegetable you like).
Pour the juice (from the baking pan) over the grilled chicken. Garnish with chopped chives.
Served with sliced lemon and garnish with fresh rosemary (optional).
Ayam Rosemary Lemon Panggang
Bahan-bahan:
5 (5 ons) bagian dada ayam tanpa tulang dan tanpa kulit
1 lemon, parut
¼ cangkir rosemary segar
5 siung bawang putih (kecil)
¼ cangkir jus lemon segar
1 sdm minyak zaitun
1 sdt kucai, cincang
1 sdt garam merah muda Himalaya (atau garam Kosher)
½ sdt lada hitam
Cara Memasak:
Tutupi dada ayam dengan plastik dan pukul tiap sisinya dengan palu penumbuk makanan.
Blender rosemary, bawang putih, kulit lemon, jus lemon, minyak zaitun, garam pink Himalaya, dan lada hitam.
Dalam mangkuk, olesi dada ayam dengan campuran bumbu. Simpan di kolkas selama 2-3 jam.
Panggang dada ayam 3 menit di setiap sisinya.
Pindahkan dada ayam panggang ke dalam loyang. Panggang dalam oven selama 5-7 menit pada suhu 400′ F (204 ‘C).
Keluarkan ayam dari oven dan tata di atas tumisan atau buncis rebus (atau sayuran apa pun yang Anda suka).
Tuang jus (dari loyang) di atas ayam panggang. Hiasi dengan daun kucai cincang.
