Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe with Garlic Butter Rice

Written Recipe.
Ingredients:
Chicken 4 Pcs 1 Kg or 1.25 kg
Onion small 1
Tomato medium 1
Garlic cloves 7 to 8
Ginger 2 inches piece
Green chillies 7 to 8
Whole button chillies 7 to 8 for mild spice (Soaked in hot water for 1/2 an hour) for spicy 10 to 12 chillies
Salt 1&1/2tsp
Olive Oil or vegetable oil 1/2 Cup
Fresh Coriander 1/4 cup
Egg 1 large
Oregano 1 tbsp
Mustad Powder 1&1/2 tbsp
Blackpepper 1 tbsp
Cumin (zeera) 2 tsp
Chicken Powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon (Darchini) Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon 1 (cut in 4 wedges)

*Blend all ingredients in blender for 4 to 5 minutes.
*Give a cut to chicken pieces and apply all mixture.
*Marinate in fridge for minimum 6 to 8 hours or For best results and juiciest chicken marinate it for 24 hours.
*Brush oil the grill pan and grilled the chicken for 5 minutes each side. then cover and cook for 10 minutes.
*In between Cover with lid for best results

(Cook Some Remainig Mixture in pan until oil separates.
Add this cooked mixture in thick yogurt or in mayonnaise and mix it well)

Garlic Butter Rice
Rice (Boiled) 500 Gram
Oil 1 tsp
Butter 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
whitepaper 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Copped Coriander handful or as needed

*Add oil and butter in wok and let it heat at medium to high heat.
*Add chopped garlic in it and let it light brown.
*Add Boiled Rice and tause well then add remaining ingredients and Serve with Grilled Chicken.

Cook Some Remaining Mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add this cooked mixture in thick yogurt or in mayonnaise and mix it well.
