[Music]hey guys today I’m going to cook somechicken legs in the instant pot just twoingredients so let’s apply the pressureI have a tray of organic chicken legshere these were normally five dollarsand twenty centsbut they are marked two dollars off sothey’ve got these for three dollars andtwenty cents so what I like to do ispull the skin off of these because Idon’t like the way the skin turns out inthe instant pot I’m going to cook themin this mr. Yoshida’s sweet teriyakisauce and I step turns out good withthat sauce it doesn’t burn I’ve triedusing barbecue sauce and barbecue sauceand seems to burn but that sauce worksgood in the instant pot so what I do isjust run one water over these and thenthey usually soften up the skin enoughto where you can just peel it off justlike that I live in Northern Californiaand most of the grocery stores aroundhere sell this sauce so I’m going to addone cup of it and actually left the skinon one of the chicken legs just so wecan kind of compare the two and Iusually just kind of mix that up at theend after it’s cooked so I’m not goingto worry about it right now I’ll justget the lid on there and I’m going tocook this on the pressure cook settingfor five minutes and I’m going to turnthe keep warm off and then I’m going tolet the pressure release naturally onits own so there probably be in the potfor about half an hour so it’s been halfan hour and I heard the pressure pindrop a little bit ago so let’s see howthese look alright those look likethey’re cooked good now what I’m goingto do like I said is just kind of rublike that just kind of let him soak upthe sauce on that slide for a little bitand then we’ll try them out all rightlet’s try this out this is the one withthe skin on it that one actually looks alittle bit nicer you can see the skinit’s a little rubbery I guess you canput it under the broiler and crisp it upa little if you wanted to I haven’treally tried that but I think you coulddo that if you wanted this is the otherone with the skin off of it so anyway wetry it by – that one that’s pretty goodactually what I’m going to do is shredthat chicken off the bone and then poursome worried that sauce over everythingI tasted the skin on that one drumstickbut I didn’t like it was kind of chewyand rubbery so let’s see if manual unitwith the skinny I don’t think she hasany complaints with it if you don’t havean instant pot you can do that in thecrock pot as wellprobably just cook it on high for aboutthree or four hours anyway all rightyeverything in the description thanks forwatching see you guys[Music][Music]
