How To Grill Chicken Breasts On An M Grills C4-S Portable Grill

Here’s an easy recipe for a weeknight meal, or add it to your weekend grilling menu. I give two different flavor options on these grilled chicken breasts. Both are very delicious, and super simple. I hope you enjoy it. As always, thank you for the support.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Cajunland Creole Seasoning or your favorite Cajun seasoning
Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
Medium grind black pepper
BBQ Rub
BBQ Sauce
Cooking spray

I lit the M Grills C4-S Portable Grill with a half of a chimney of B&B Oak Briquettes, then put the Grill Grates in place. Let the grill grate surface get to around 400*, and spray liberally with cooking spray.
Option #1
Lightly dust both sides of the chicken breast with cajun seasoning, the sprinkle a little black pepper over the top.
Option #2
Dust both sides of the chicken breast with your favorite bbq rub. If it’s a really sweet rub, go light with it, and supplement a little of it with some salt and pepper.

Place the chicken breast on the grill, and let cook at least 3 minutes or so before peaking at it. To check it, lift a corner of the chicken breast to see if it lifts off of the grate easily, and check for those nice grill marks. Then rotate 90*, and let it cook another 3 minutes. At this point, you should start to see the sides of the chicken breast turn white, which means that the chicken breast is starting to cook through to the middle. Flip the chicken over. If you’re using the cajun seasoning and strained Italian dressing recipe, baste the chicken breast with some of the dressing, and let it cook for 3 minutes. If doing the bbq recipe, lightly sauce the chicken breast with your favorite sauce, and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Start checking for internal temperature. If you’re around 150*, and rotate the chicken breast 90*. If doing the cajun seasoned recipe, touch up the chicken breast one more time with dressing, and add a pinch of the seasoning. If doing the bbq recipe, touch up the sauce on the chicken breast a little, and dust it with a little bbq rub. When the chicken breast reaches internal temperature of 160*, remove from the grill, and let it rest a few minutes. That’s it, enjoy.
