so you want to start off this recipewith some chicken size cauliflowerpieces now usually I get the head of thecauliflower and cut it up myself butthese will cauliflower florets in a bagbut you still want to make sure you gotsome chicken sizable pieces and I made awhole video about how versatilecauliflower is and how I love it so muchI will link that somewhere but you justwant to setup yourself with youquote-unquote chicken pieces and thenget started so I have flour and waterhere that I mixed with some spices andblack pepper paprika garlic powder soyou just want to season it like ifyou’re about to make yourself some friedchicken and you know how you make thatwhat I call it a dredge I’m no culinaryexpert but that’s what you want to makesame way how you have your egg and allof that it dip it you see that you got acoat your cauliflower cuz this is howwe’re making the skin cauliflowerdoesn’t have skin you know like chickenwe’re making some skin putting this withthis batter together and you just wantto coat each piece and make sure you getall up in the crevices of thecauliflower with this mixture plain andsimple you’re dunking it like chickenalright so if X you put out a bakingsheet and don’t mind if it’s that alittle liquid from the from the mixtureI tried to tap it off as much as I couldbefore putting it on the tray but let mereally work out but it’s okay 39 it’sgonna be nice okay and you just bakethat on 425 for 25 minutes and you getthe sauce ready so we put the coconutoil in with the barbecue and the honeybecause it’s gonna help it kind of sticktogether so this is how it looks once itcomes out the oven when we put thatflour mixture on it and that has a nicelittle coating see that so when you justyou just got to do is just pour all thesauce all over and then you end up withthat pour all this awesomeinto the crevices and doesn’t look likeboneless wings from Applebee’s but it’snot chickenthere’s tater tots on the side they’resome classic celery carrots things to gowith wings a little ranch and you gotyourself some chicken and the taste youreally feel that skin that’s why thatflour is important it’s like it’s likeyou’re really in the vibe of somechicken looks good doesn’t it I would Iwould think it’s chicken that’s thatlook like a bone to me you could havefooled me[Music]
