How to make Grilled Chicken Quesadillas

Join me out in the patio, as I make grilled chicken quesadillas with fresh spinach and baby bella mushrooms. I’ll show you step by step on how I bring everything together. Ingredients are:
Flour Tortillas
(2) 8 oz packages of Monterey Jack Cheese
3 cups of Baby Bella Mushrooms (sliced)
1 Bushel of Fresh Spinach
1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken
1 Stick of Butter (saute the mushrooms & spinach in a pan)
1/2 Stick of Melted Butter (coat the tortillas before putting them on the griddle)
1 cup of Sour Cream
1 cup of Salsa (your favorite)
1 cup of Guacamole

hey guys welcome back to triple our backdrilling for today’s video we’re gonnabe doing grilled chicken quesadillaswith spinach and mushrooms let’s goinside you think startingalright here we are we’re back insidethe triple our kitchen so for today’singredients we have flung tortillasMonterey Jack cheese portobellomushrooms fresh spinach and ourrotisserie chicken it’s what we will endup doing is that we’ll saute ourportobello mushrooms with our spinachuntil they’re tender and then we’ll goahead and debone the rotisserie chickenthen we will go outside and we’ll geteverything assembled so you know whatwe’ll see you outsideso we all would have everything alreadyready we have my spinach our mushroomsour chicken and our cheese our musclebutterso now let’s get things assemble withoutthe grills nice and hot ready to go soI’m adding the notethank you into the butter on thetortillathat’s already gonna take our lid offyou can see I got a new set up the forthe weapon with a 22 inch weber grill Igot the griddle with the Monterey Jackcheese don’t be stingynow I’m going to add my sauteed spinachto thatwhen I sauteed mushroomsand also my chicken that we debonedjust have a little bit more cheese up ontop[Music]oh boyBrown shark damn that’s hotso now we’re going to close it up foranother three four minutes and thenwe’ll flip it on the other side get thatnice and crispy and then we’ll take itasidedon’t get fired up for you all righthere we are guys we finally got thequesadillas off the grill just took acouple minutes on each side didn’t takevery long so now we have some sideisland for going to kind of complementthe case it is with so we have our vacamolywe have our salsa and we have our sourcream well goes better with thequesadilla ice cold Corona premieredon’t forget that so now let’s go anddive into it and I’ll give you a quicklittle comment on it I like to add myavocado some salsa and some sour creamhmm well that tastes great so look atthat you see the mozzarella mushroomspinachmmm there’s one cool if you like thisrecipe leave a comment don’t forget hitthat subscribe button lower left sideand also give us a thumbs up you knowwhat guys be safesee you next roundyouyou
