How to make Grilled chicken with Tandoori Masala (Home style – oven cooked)

1st MARINATION
Chicken breast – 200 gms
Chcken thigh – 200 gms
Whole chicken – 600 gms
Ginger garlic paste – 50 gms (30% ginger 70 % garlic)
Green chilli – 10 gms
Lemon juice – 30 ml
Salt – 15 gms
Kasmiri chilli pwd – 25 gms

2nd MARINATION
Hung Yoghurt ( full fat yoghurt ) – 500 gms
Double cream – 50 ml
Salt – 30 gm
Cumin pwd – 20 gm
Garam masala – 15 gm
Fresh green coriander – 15 gm
Kashmiri chilli pwd – 40 gm
Lemon juice – 20 ml

METHOD
1. In a small bowl, put cut chicken, lemon juice, salt, ginger and garlic paste ,Green chilli and mix it well. Marinate for 2 hours.
2. In another mixing bowl, put yoghurt, Kashmiri red chili, garam masala, cumin powder, double cream, lemon juice, fine chop coriander and salt.
3. Then transfer it to the chicken marination.
4. Now mix well with the chicken and assemble it on the tray for oven cooking.
5. Pre Heat the oven to 250 degree Celsius.
6. Cook the chicken in oven and check after 15 min, if not cooked ,cook for another 5 min.
7. Take the chicken out and put it in a bowl. Now add melted butter , lemon juice and sprinkle kebab masala on top of it
8. KEBAB MASALA: Chat masala , black salt , kasmkiri chili pwd, garam masala pwd and dry fenugreek powder.
9. Ready to serve hot.
