want to do is youwant to add two cups of water into a potjust like this right two cups of wateryou put your chicken breast in there allrightand I used um garlic Lori’s not a lotbecause it’s that chicken seasoning thatI showed youI’m chicken cube do you have one ofthose too and it’ll come look like it’snot dissolving but once it startsboiling that’s when you’ll know thatokay it dissolved and then just give itlike a chicken flavor and I’ll borderthe chicken inside of the water to twocups of water for about 40 minutesbecause once you take it out you have toshred it and I’ll show you guys and once you add the dressing tothe saladthat’s not seasoning but you don’t wantto like I don’t know like it just itjust doesn’t go together so I use alittle bit of seasoning so right nowwhen I’m about to do a mother turn thepan on under low low low fire and alittle oil because i onion to the to thechicken in the front just to give itlike a extra flavor I’m gonna giveeverything flavor when I the only onionsyou will later yummy peppers especiallyin your fool like if you don’t cook withthis kind of stuffyour food and on the flavor it it justdoes something different to the fullgreen peppers chicken I’lljust take my bitter onion not the greenpepper come on motherlike oh you put too much like 20 minutestops to 3 minutes that’s all you needlet that Brown a little bit I thinkthere’s nothing the chicken so once youlet the onion in the green pepper sautefor like two three minutes you go aheadand you add your chicken the shrimp toit and what you want to do is you wantto make sure that every little pieceagain like some onions and green pepperand then you could probably turn thefire up just a little bit then you juststir it and make sure it this on thatand the pot is gonna do the work itselflike once you do that you don’t reallygo do too much in the car season it nomore you just let it cook down that’s ityeah since I’m cooking like three thingsI kind of want to like speed things upyou would speed things up by just addingthe same type children because the steamwill be left in the pot and understandthe chicken and cook the chicken and asteamer trunk and cook the shrimp at thesame time so the process it’s what youget the ball room you got to do it whenyou were chef you got to know if youcook three things you guys really I I’mgonna do this I’m gonna do that I’mgonna do this I’m gonna do that and itgotta be perfect like like I’m honest Inever messed up in the kitchen and Ilike that but nine times out of ten I’mstronger that’s it so what a chicken andshrimp is cooking while the chicken fortheir own chicken pock leo’s is cookingI’m gonna go ahead and i’ma put mysalmon in the oven i preheated the ovenfor about five minutes on 400 degrees400 degrees okay I’ll do it no no no but400 degrees okay and I got a regularsaucepan and that’s how big the salmonis just I think you gotta turn the timelook at that perfect nice and seasonedso what you want to do before you putthe salmon in the pan of course you wantto clean out the pan but you want to putsome kind of oil I use home olive oil inthe bottom of the panand I’ll just put the salmon on thatyeah I’ll let the Simon cook for about45 to 50 minutes just for it to beperfectstay with juicy everything is perfectperfect perfect perfectI’ll make the brought me laughs cut thebroccoli it doesn’t take that long tocook take like probably like 10 minutesso that’s something not to do last Ijust want to get all the hard stuff outthe way all rightif you can’t tell that this is seasonedperfectly you’re wrong you see – butterson there well two sticks of butterexcuse me you see that on there so itcan add like a little bit of extra alittle grease to the bottom of it sonothing a stick all right so you justcover that up put the oven on 400 andpop it in and just let it cook yourselfyou cook the salmon for about 40 minutesbut like I’ll get some more detail asthe video goes on on what you’re doingstuff like that all right I like thesalmon in the oven what I still cookingI’m gonna start the brown rice mr. brownrice that I use Uncle Ben’s the only butnot no Uncle Ben’s rice at the best riceso it’s just got this me I’m just gonnause two cups as will you make ricethere’s two cups of water to every cupof rice so if you want to make two cupsof rice you gotta use four cups of waterlike a lot of people y’all can’t makerice I don’t know what like we’re justone of the easiest things to help makelike that’s what my mother told me earlyknow how to make rice cuz if you don’tknow how to make anything goes and youknow how to make chicken a song likethat but you can’t make macaroni andcheese you could eat rice and brown riceis just to help to your choice and get alittle fat like I’m getting like a bearbut it’s not like that not good so yougot to get that down but you add twocups of water because I’m gonna make onecup of rice cuz I’m the only personeating that I added a little bit ofgarlic a little bit of Lori’s a littlebit of basil and I added like two bayleaves just to give it that flavor Idon’t like my rice or to get it overbecause I’ll just like eat it with thesalmon at the same time I put a littlebit of salmon on my fork a little bit ofrice on my book and it just goestogether perfectly so you know I can’ttell you guys how to season y’all gonnaseason how I seize itI’m gonna tell me out what just tellingout what to use so you know you canfollow that orjust follow my league and it’ll begolden you know like I’m not sayingy’all cooking it the right way but whynot the wrong way I I’m gonna hit it to shred thechicken so I just started the race and Iforgot to add when you boil it in thewater for the rice you add like a littlebit of or you or like a piece of butterjust sort of rice won’t stick and itwon’t be sticky and stuff like that gota perfect your raceremember two cups of water equals onecup of rice that’s simple easy matterthat’s it you know the chicken from thechicken salad it’s like different youdon’t something if you followed this wayto do stuff perfect shit is slappingthere checking his fruit finish cookingthe chicken for the chicken pocketleaders been boiling for like 35 minutesso it should be perfect for you to shredso I’m gonna get into that and I’m gonnashow you how to perfect it how to sauceit up and do all that good stuff allright once you put it in a glass bowlyou should take that go for it it’ssuper easy to shred because you boiledit for so long it’s already breakingapart on quickly you gotta add nosinging and my back to it just shred itwith the fork so once you’ve finishedwriting the chicken you want take a panlike this that’s good add a little bitof oil just so nothing to stick to theto the bottom of the pan you do that andanother thing I didn’t say the water youbought the chicken in with all of thatseason and stuff like that you want tokeep that because she’s like you’re addthat little by little just to make thechicken juicy a lot of people for theoil to heat up in a skillet the water’sboiling for that race and like I saidyou just take one cup of race and youadd to the water and you cover the riceyou cover it like what brown rice is alittle bit different from making likeregular rice or everybody use differentrace but Uncle Ben’s is the way to gofor me like that’s the one I use i don’tuse canola and all that other stuff I’llgo with the Uncle Ben’s once you do thatonce you add the cup of rice you add therice you stir it around for like aminute just make sure it’s getting allthat season and stuff like that cover itand put it under low fire and just timeit for 25 minutes that’s it 25 minutesthat’s it and the rice should be goodand if it’s not I gotchadon’t worry about it don’t worry aboutit sweetheart don’t worry about itsweetheart this that’s flat I have thecup of rice to the water turned it undera low low low low low fire you put thepop top bone now I’ve got a timeout for25 minutes all right so now we bout toget into the pot the Leo’s the greaserready be hot so what you want to do isis that onion and pepper you can cut upthe green pepper the red pepper and ieyou cut upI bet that brown add a little bit ofslow reason a little bit of garlic andwhy say a little bit and because I’mabout to pop out the secret ingredientthat’s kind of like seasoned into andyou don’t want it to be salty and don’tbe perfect I’m
